Excellent teacher. Empowers and demystifies, letting the learner enter multiple levels of technique and fretboard navigation at once. Instant application of practical tips and methods to create fun and motivation. Thank you!!!
@@willripleyguitar Yep, doing well! I admit I havent visited your channel for some time. I will be a regular viewer - you are an inspiration for my own teaching. Thanks again!
Good job Sir. It's like I "knew" this, but I didn't understand what was actually going on. Thank you for opening my eyes, and making me "study" and think about the notes.
Thanks for the feedback. Basically rather than R, b3, 4, 5, b7 - The way I teach it in this lesson is b7, R, b3, 4, 5 with the 5 moving up 2 frets, rather than being played on the next string. I know that's a lot to take in so maybe read that another time 😆 Lemme know if you have any other thoughts or questions

Hey!!
Hey Will,
Great lesson! You’re an excellent teacher and I really appreciate it. Are you no longer with GMM?
Keep up the great work!
Thanks!
Nope, not with GMM anymore. I'm off on my own with www.WillRipleyGuitar.com Have you checked out The Rip It Up Club?
does this work the same with the relative major progression as well , seeing as its the exact same notes but just a different tonic note . ie c major
That backing track sounds like a late-60s Beatles song, and I can't remember which one...
Link is not valid for the courses
