Yes, I have experienced. BSNL network will be available even in my rural area but I have to go to a specific place only to get the network for making calls but data network is not available 😶
I remember when I was in college, i attended a training program held by bsnl in manglore at that time the trainer told that during the time of tsunami and kedarnath incident they managed to provide network by putting fuel to the generator and that too going through boat and all, there was no other private connections were providing the service but bsnl was continued during that time also

As per latest yesterday news, BSNL is top bidder around 1.50 lakh crore bid for 5G network with 4G connection also included for all interior village circuit also.
Means around double bid than jio.
Tribble bid than airtel and adani.
From next year note down all majority users will move to BSNl network.
I am using both jio and airtel, and as amat sir said I stay in malenadu section this network issue will not be their in future remote areas.
Once BSNL had too much head wight, they is misbehave with their clients. 😭 Government have keep the company, but strict action with good management and managers. 🙏👍

ನನಗೆ ಬಿಎಸ್ಎನ್ಎಲ್ ಸಿಮ್ ಬಳಸಲು ಆಸೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅದರ network issue ನಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲು ಹಿಂದೇಟು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದೆ. ನನ್ನ ಈ ಆಸೆ, ಆಸೆಯಾಗಿಯೇ ಉಳಿಯಿತು.

As a company it is really good, but most of the employees attitude those who are working in BSNL make people feel like not to go for BSNL. They literally make people feel that their job is GOVERNMENT and they are not appointed for work. Here they lost customer base to private companies where customers are getting quick response and timely resolution of any issues.
This is also true, BSNL employees work like SBI workers.

Main problem which I faced with BSNL is their employees worst response. They don't even care for loosing customers.
Actually this is the main reason where they are losing lot of customers. They have to learn how to be good with customers. Without this basic process if they provide 5g also , no one will turn to bsnl

Sir just a few decades ago our prestige bsnl was running under profit, but because of mismanagement and could not face competition from private players in the field. It too should have updated with latest technology and efficient persons should have lead the organization. Now it has miserably failed in all fields. Inspite of best net work it is running under heavy loss. Even now government instead of make good the loss it should take the services of suitable persons with latest technology.
