The BISS screw helps mechanically control your idle RPM from my understanding. I had to replace mine as well due to a leak at the oring.
So the CB TB sticks you say? What else is wrong with it?

It sticks when shut. Makes it difficult to pull away from a light sometimes.
I might need to adjust the biss screw on this CB tb. Idle at first start jumps to 2300 rpm but settles down after about 5 seconds..
Also when turning on the AC the idle drops instead of coming up. Its causing the car to shut off when driving and going from gear into neutral when slowing down.
Factory tb did not do this. I know its just bugs that need to be sorted with an aftermarket part but its still annoying.
Dyno in 4 days. Maybe tuner can correct

Take that TB housing to have beadblasted or paint it or something.

For the BISS screw, do you just count how many turns it took to remove it and then use the same number of turns to re-install it? TIA!

Yes I counted the turns. However, the screw will unthread completely but you cant pull it out because of the oring.
I had to push it out from the butterfly area.
I am not sure if the biss screw is supposed yo be tightened all the way down but thats what I did.

I am sure Mitsubishi has it. I dont know the part number though.
All of the exploded view diagrams I can find dont show this part so I dont know the part number
I would call STM or map performance. Or maybe your local Mitsubishi parts guy would know it

@@Gio-ge8is the washer is a plastic like material. It could be Teflon. Not 100% sure
