    Funny enough, Cerave is better on paper when compared to cetaphil, but once you actually use both, cetaphil performs the best, at least for sensitive skin, a lot of products from Cerave either burn or dry the skin way too much despite of having “better” ingredients than cetaphil.

    Cerave gives me a rash and Cetaphil doesn’t. I combine the daily facial cleanser with the foam cleanser and its great. I wanted to try more Cerave products but its not worth getting a rash over.

    I bought the pro oily skin face foam with the cream with SPF 30. It really helped my skin pores on my cheeks cleaned up over all it leaves skin super soft and plump is not stripping and since 2 weeks I have a clear skin and I'm shook 😂. One questionable thing is that is that I think the cream stings my eyes if I'm not careful and touch it. But overall i dont regret buying it.

    That Cetaphyl which comes with the foaming pump is my holly grail. Its the most moisturizing foaming cleanser I’ve ever used and I’ve used at least a dozen. It’s definitely for dry skin. Aveeno Calming (pink bottle) is a runner up. However I don’t know how well they remove makeup.💄 I use them only as my daily cleanser.

    I am just amazed at how much information you pack into every video. I appreciate your detailed preparation on the products you review. I have mature skin, and after trying the normal cleanser, my skin became so dehydrated. It would seem like they have different teams working on these products, and they don't communicate with one another. The worst part is, when I go to my dermatologist, she has large bowls filled with Cetiphil samples!😮

    I find that if I use almost a full pump of the Gentle cleanser I have success with removing all of my makeup (: I'm happy that it doesn't burn my eyes. It can be a little stripping but I make sure to lotion up well so its fine in my eyes. Although for my boyfriend, he loves this cleanser because of the price and recc by his derm, its great to remove dirt and oil, but too much stripping on his cheeks, hes always sensitive there and I chock it up to this cleanser.

    I think it's funny when a company says they're cruelty free, but use products that were tested on animals in the past. That's how they know the ingredients are safe. Just because their company didn't test on animals themselves, that doesn't make it cruelty free.

    • @MadAboutSkin
      @MadAboutSkin  3 роки тому +1

      Hey hun thank you so so much for watching.. I agree with you though there has to be a point at which a line is drawn under things and companies are able to use ingredients which used to be tested on animals and which are deemed safe as a result and still be cruelty free as I think its important that companies are able to change and I would welcome any company which stops testing on animals for future products.. Before, my face is oily and i have pimples on my forehead, chin but mainly on my cheeks then i used pimple eraser that has bha but it made my skin dry but not tight but my face did became a lil flakey, my skin peels like a little but not much as to peel a patch of skin. Now, im using a new facial wash and im using a toner and moisturizer now but my skin became oily but im not experiencing any breakouts so it's kind of good atm???

    Okay so. Here’s the big O on my skin😃.! My skin has never been clear ever since I hit puberty. I will have clearish skin one day then a pimple or acne scar the next. I’m running in circles with my skin. I have dry skin and also eczema. My skin is VERY acne prone. Please help. I’m literally just so sad about my skin. I’m trying cetaphil bcuz at this point idk what to do.

    Cetaphil? Meh! As a line, just meh. The only Cetaphil I use lately is their fragrance free body wash. It’s only kinda OK & it doesn’t seem to upset my sensitive skin but it still has sulfates so it’s not great.
