G'day mate. Bloody nice haul of fish. I have found by scaling the fish in a tub of water you don't have any mess and all the scales fall to the bottom of the tub and then just throw the lot out when your finished. When I try and fillet the fish I usually have to end up dicing it all because I've stuffed up. I've watched it a thousand times and it still has to be diced. You make it look so bloody easy.

Thanks for the water tip, the no one trick to filleting is a real sharp knife, by sharp i mean you should be able to shave the hairs on your arm with it. or just about, thanks for watching

My mate builds them for me their made from a Shnider glass L108 blank and about 8foot 6 inch long, all my alveys are 500 and spooled with 6 lb line with the smallest sinker you can get away with using and a 6 lb Fluro carbon trace
