As a Flygon fan, I am especially insulted by Game Freak's poor treatment of Flygon. They didn't gave it a Mega Evolution for crying out loud!!!!

Everytime I think my pseudo legendary dragon type is a sweeper an ice type comes along and wrecks me.
Sap sipper is actually great because you aren’t worried about damage from grass moves, you are worried about spore, leach seed, strength sap, and sleep powder
Except Goodra already resists Grass. I’m not sure if Sap Sipper is as useful as Hydration for it.
@@jonahdengler3858 like I literally just said you are not trying to reduce the damage you are trying to avoid the negative effects of the extremely common grass status moves. Hydration requires way too much support outside of dedicated rain teams and even then Goodra doesn’t gel well with those.

I'm gonna have to hard disagree on Altaria, its my favorite Dragon Type and one of my Favorite Megas and it looks absolutely adorable
Druddigon should be lower. The one good thing about it is it's sometimes easier to get then other Dragon Types but in turn it's not as good and Gen 6 made the horrible choice to put it in the same place as Zweilous (at Level 59) (please tell me if I'm wrong). Also Haxorus (not the rest of it's line) should be on this list, It looks cool but I used one during playthroughs of Gen 5, 6, and 8 and every time it was weaker than the rest of my team and outside of Gen 8 it is kind of annoying to get making it worse than Druddigon. I'm more or less the Gen 5 equivalent to a Genwunner but it didn't do well when it comes to non-Legendary Dragon Type Pokemon.
duraludon was introduced in gen 8

Yeah, just jumping in to say you're spoutin' some bullshit on Goodra. It's still pretty damn bulky in Sp. Def and maxing out its Defense makes it a decent mixed wall. Coupled with Rest, Life Dew and Acid Armor will mean your opponent will have tanky lad on their hands that they can't easily take down. And that's not even getting to the fact Goodra can still hit pretty damn hard on its own.
Regidrago is a serious anomaly. Not only it's actually incomplete, but also what qualifies as draconic energy? We saw that cloud birds, palm trees, and apples could qualify as dragons, but not Charizard!?
Charizard is just a fire lizard, nothing special, that can fly
All others have real world bases; A-Exeguttor is a Mo-o, a dragon known to take the form of palm trees, the Applin line are in fact wyrms, a type of dragon known for burrowing
Altaria os the exception it's based on a flying legendary bird, most likely meant to be Fairy, but only Dragon was avaliable at the time, thats why its mega is Fairy
@@LNRspeaks In case you forgot, the definition of a dragon is a fire breathing lizard that can fly. Also, I get the joke about Applin being a wyrm and the worm in the apple joke BUT wyrms have no limbs. If they wanted to be clever, they could have made it use the apple as a shell and a wrecking ball while still being a wyrm.

Goodra may not be the best fighter, but some things are more important than fighting, Goodra instead has a place in the running for best companion. Who wouldn't adore a Pokémon that looks cute AF, loves to hug, and cries when it's alone?

Dragalge is based off the leafy sea dragon which I think is one of the better dragon types.
No. The worst dragon type is Hydreigon. I don't care what you say, or if you bring its stats into this. It's got the highest evolution level out of any other Pokemon in existence, being 64. It's only usable for the last bit of the main game, and that's if you're lucky. It remains weak until it evolves. I will never use a Hydreigon, unless it gets a regional form that evolves at a lower level or in a different way that happens to be good.

2 of my favorite dragon types are in the thumbnail. Why does no one like my taste in pokemon
I love Flygon, Goodra, Regidrago, Altaria and Appletun. Flygon is my favorite dragon type, Altaria is my favorite flying type, Regidrago is my favorite from the two gen 8 regi's from the dlc even though I never got it because I don't have the dlc and Appletun is favorite of the two apple dragons I really love that it's looks like an apple pie there is an Pokemon that looks like a ice cream cone and I love it and the design because I love ice cream. Maybe if Flygon got a mega evolution I bet it wouldn't be on the list but none of my favorites shouldn't be on the list.
Hydreigon wasn't included on the list so I'll put away the pitch fork and torches... For now... I still haven't forgiven you for it's good to evil ranking because Deino is the best.
