Nice video. You made a mistake upshifting in gear assist You should keep the throttle pinned open whilst changing up, don’t release it. Thus will give you a nice seamless change.
The reason the wind screen is low on the rally is because the rally is typically going to be used off road and you don't want to smack your face in the windscreeen you're riding. If you like the rallies look or will be on pavement riding only, get a bigger windscreen. You should always wear eye protection, so if it's too hot to have your visor down, wear glasses or get a helmet with a sun visor and the open your main visor.
