In reference to Rex surviving getting shot in the head: I don’t know if the comic/show’s creator intended it this way but there are cases of people being shot in the head with handguns and surviving. Handguns are relatively underpowered compared to rifles, and in those cases the bullet penetrated the skin of the head but deflected off the skull, traveled around the skull while still under the skin, and exited through the skin somewhere on the other side of the person’s head. Of course that would still cause significant head trauma, concussion, etc. but survivable. I think that’s what happened to Rex. Apologies if that explanation made it more disturbing
I really like how the show depicted the Ragnars and Space Racer this episode and teased the destruction that’s to come with them. The show’s pretty good about previewing future characters like that for comic readers to notice and get excited for (ie last season’s montage of Viltrumite violence showed a few of the ones seen this season as well as an even scarier one)
Apollo 11: quarantined for weeks Infected Mars astronaut: sent home immediately to clean up the mess I can suspend disbelief for a lot of things in the superhero business, but this just feels like incredibly lazy writing
Wowow an INTENSE episode!

EVERYONE'S DYING! | Invincible Season 2 Episode 6 "It's Not That Simple" Reaction!
While they are using the comics there was so much different in the reimagining it's almost a new product.

Okay, so why tell that to someone who’s not a comic reader? She doesn’t know the story yet, keep it that way

No 'stay hydrated' outro? 😢
Why are the brain worms in this show so fixated on destruction when they could be playing ff14 😵
