You could write how you made the visor for the soldier figure? it looks very realistic. is it some kind of water for dioramas or something else? maybe you have some photos from this stage. I am starting to paint the minis from this game and I would be grateful for the hint. Regards,
Hey. Have you seen my Mechanic video? There is a part about painting a visor there. Generally, there are two approaches. First, you could just use some glossy finish, i.e. Ardcoat from Citadel, or Gloss Varnish for Vallejo. It will make a nice, shiny finish. Secondly, it is important what is below this finish. In this case, I used some very dark blue paint and then started gradually mixing it with white and painting this strip in the middle of the visor, with thinner and thinner lines with each step. The white circle in the middle is just a real reflection of my lamp though :) I really wanted to add this part to this video, but I messed up and this part was out of focus :(
