For us, external communication is really really scary ... there is ALWAYS the fear that someone external could read it ... and the second thing is that our cat LOVES to attack books and notebooks and paper and [...] so we can't leave something on our desk because it could be destroyed by the cat ... but I know that it is really difficult to stick to a habit like writing in a notebook oder communication book oder Bullet Journal, when it is not openly visible (I hope one can understand what I try to say - English is not my first language xD)

Some systems set up Discord chats or chats on other platforms for system communication if they prefer electronics to writing on paper.
