Dude took eye boogers to a whole new level when he wiped his nose with that tissue and then used the same tissue to wipe his eyes. Certified crazy as hell if you ask me.
My grand uncle unfortunately, spent his entire life in prison. Any time he was released, he would rob a bar and sit at the bar waiting for the police to bring him back. @9:16 Prison was all knew, that’s where his friends were, where he knew he’d have food and didn’t have to make his own life decisions for himself. The mental health of the incarcerated is never given much thought too, It’s some sad shit.
That's called institutionalised. He felt safer in the penitentiary than outside of it. To some of these guys, when prison is all they've ever known, the prospect of life on the outside is as positively scary as life on the inside is to most of us.
Yeah that's what I would say too. Of course I would only say that if I was already serving 1 Life Sentence without possibly of Parole. If that was the case, I could definitely do 14 Life Sentences standing on my head lol.
I said something like that to a judge. He sentenced me to 90 days. I said '90 days I can do that on my head'. He said 'oh yeah? Well tell ya what. You can have those 90 days on your head, and here's another 90 to get you back on your feet'. I was SIIICK 🤣🤣😭😭

He took me down to 18 months from 5 years and said I was the only person out of 40 on my case to not try blaming someone or something. That shit threw me because I took the 5. The us attorney was pissed. But I kept my word no matter how hard it was.

Thanks again man! I always like watching your videos! I first started watching because my brother served a 25 year sentence he was actually sentenced to 17 1/2 to life. I thought I may gain a better understanding about some things, I thought I’d get my brother back after visiting in upstate Ny prisons that entire time. During which our father and other family members passed away. I now understand that some people are who they are . Weather through mental defect or maybe their just evil. Harsh words for someone you once loved and cared about but nothing else is deserving of who he really is. It took me those 25 years plus his actions after being released to understand that my brother is s sociopath. He has no remorse or care in the world for anything he’s done that destroyed other families, hurt different individuals and continues to reek havoc on my own family as if he hasn’t taken enough! Most won’t speak to him and the rest are still disillusioned but even the little bit of hope some stuff have is quickly fading. The biggest lesson I learned is about having expectations about how things are going to be, expectations of things you hope will be. Your own personal hopes for what will be . Now I m not foolish enough to have expectations about anything. You’d think anyone who served 25 years would be effected and change in some way, you’d be dead wrong! The day my brother got out it was like a switch was turned on and all that time he just served never happened at least for him. Our family suffered the greatest, now I only wait for the day that he’s sent back home where he belongs. Some dark hole locked away for life. So he can sit in isolation and be tortured by the things he’s done and the lives he’s destroyed. I only wish the day me and my whole family was unwillingly dragged into s grand jury hearing that the room was filled with smoke and he’d still be chocking on that smoke right now. He should have been locked away and never let free. I know it’s only a matter of time before he returns, but what scares me is how many more lives will be destroyed in the process. Anyone want to look into this case it happened in Ulster county, Ny in 92. His name is Craig E Brown 94A7393 . Convicted of murder 2. During his prison sentence he conned a woman married to one of our uncles to start visiting him and writing him. Their marriage was already in trouble so my brother seized this opportunity to charm his way into her good graces and she eventually married him in prison and was with him for 12 years. We all warned her what would happen and yup you guessed it, not even 2 months after being released he dropped her like a bad habit leaving her in a new apartment she couldn’t afford. And to him, this was like changing his shoes only he took better care of his shoes. He’s already been stealing, involved with drugs and these are just the things I know about. Only a matter of time before he does some real damage and the parole officer who’s been warned will have to pay for his part in turning a blind eye and letting things happen that he knows he shouldn’t. Unfortunately our system is understaffed. You may have one parole officer for 200 people. This is outrageous. All one has to do is hold a job and the parole officers look the other way. Because what looks like something on paper is all that matters. Well see when he’s personally effected by his decisions , will the next body be on his soul. I thought I was special because we were brothers born a year and a half apart. He used me just like he did anyone to get whatever he wanted. He’s no different today, only more dangerous and has 25 years of knowledge on how to get over on people. Prison does not reform it creates the worst of the worst to be unleashed upon society. That’s definitely something very evident on your channel, that our system is horribly broken. They want a revolving door, people to continually re offend , job security. Thank f punishment from the beginning was more serious than most would think twice before stealing from others. Just look at some other countries and the penalties for small offenses. You can loose your hand for stealing in some places and they take the hand you use to whipe yourself so no one wants to touch you. This country needs way more strict punishment, more eye for an eye type stuff. Of course I speak a lot out of emotions but don’t mistake that for a misrepresentation of the truth. My brother killed an 89 year old man amongst other things most can’t imagine. He was in and out of facilities since 12 years old. A product of our justice system. Thanks again for having this channel. I wish my brother would have turned out different and I could enjoy the rest of my life with him in it, but I’d also like to shit gold and fly my unicorn around to spread the wealth. Thanks again man for telling it how it is and showing how evil people can be as well as how good people can be. Maybe someday you’ll have interviews with some of the family members and others effected by the actions of these real life monsters. Thanks again, take care, stay safe and healthy!

I think thats some of the best courtroom advice youve ever given and everyone should remember. Be REMORSEFUL AND APOLOGETIC during your speech in the courtroom. It just goes to show that people who commit heinous crimes, theres something extremely wrong with them and they need to be in prison for the rest of their lives and their little speeches prove that. I once hit a coworkers car and crunched her bumper and I got out and was so emotional and begged her forgiveness, I had never messed up someones property before and my insurance fixed it and all that but I actually brought her flowers and a gift card into work to apoligize. Lol. I showed more remorse for that than these people do for INSANE crimes.

When I was a correctional deputy, I would laugh to myself so hard at the inmates who used jail attorneys to fight their case. They would sit down at a table with the other inmates, pay them in commissary food, and take their advice. They all lost their cases. It would just crack me up to wonder why these guys would listen to the inmates who are there to serve time because they lost their own case.
@@sativarosegold3604 You’re absolutely correct, and I shouldn’t have been making light of what I would see. There are those who do reform and who get education behind the walls. I support those who do truly better themselves and help others who can’t afford a good attorney. There are a lot of people locked up who are innocent. Whenever I hear about an innocent person getting released, I’m extremely happy for them. A good portion of those who are in jail are there for holding until trial/sentencing before going to prison. Those who have been sentenced for misdemeanor charges serve up to 18 months in jail; so they usually don’t get that opportunity for a lot of education. The jail I worked at did have a legal library, but the inmates didn’t have access to the library on their own. It was only available by having volunteers from an outside legal aide office come in and assist inmates with looking up laws, rulings, and other legal questions.

That sucks! That said I always go out of my way to learn the laws of said country before I visit. It’s legal to smoke weed here in Canada but certain states in America you can still get charged with possession of it let alone smoking it.
Yo I was petting my dog when you said "What if he is a reptilian?" I turned to look at my T.v. and i made i contact with you fam. And we had the same damn look on our faces. Hahahaha
Thanks man! Appreciate the videos! Been with you for a bit now, always like your content. I’ve said before I never did any serious time, I did almost 2 months in county when I was just 18, I’m 47 now and that 2 months was more than enough for me and I haven’t spent a day since I’m a hard working person and don’t have time to be involved in any kind of illegal activities, but my brother did serve 25 years and I went to every prison he was in and supported him, sent food packages and kept a phone account on, it’s been 3 years since he got out and I still have money tied up in a prison phone account that I’ll never get back, I wonder how many people they get when that happens and for me it’s like 60$ can you imagine that times thousands either the state or some companies are robbing a lot of people out of a lot of money, but I could go on about the crookedness and treachery that went on behind the walls in some of these prisons where half the staff should be behind bars for the crimes they commit on a daily basis. You go into a prison and act up and cause all kinds of problems, eventually they will teach you a hard learned lesson on how to behave in their prison. Yeah it’s a fact that me and my grandmother spent a good amount of time throughout 25 years behind bars ourselves, traveling usually 5,6 hours then waiting to go through metal detectors and then wait for your in my case brother to come down and sometimes waiting an hour or more till he’d come down. Here we just drove across the state and go through the bullshit and being in a shitty environment and getting to the snack/microwave machines before they get emptied out and filling the table with snacks for when he came down and get that Polaroid with the fake painted background, I’m sure if I found them all I’d have 100’s. Expectations and life can be fucked up and that’s fact, when my brother got out it’s like a switch got turned on or was never turned off because it became obvious he used me and my grandmother like he has everyone in his entire life, it became clear now that he is a textbook sociopath, I was blind to it for years because I only saw him on prison visits for hours at a time but when they moved him to the furthest point in the state for us to visit it became difficult to go frequently because you also have your own life and family. Now it’s easy to see through his manipulative bullshit, the people who were loyal and there for him when most families would have let him go years ago he shit on me snd my grandmother, it’s like he never served a day, he was a shitty person when he went in and that time definitely didn’t help his personality or disposition and the obvious ocd he developed being in prison for so long but to this day he has no remorse for anything he’s done and has no remorse for hurting my entire family. You’d think he would be visiting my grandmother who was there for him and somehow he forgot how to even call me and he hides from his family because he doesn’t want to hear the truth that it’s only a matter of time before he’s back and the world will be a little safer that’s for sure. Yo sorry for the long story, obviously something that has effected many lives. Thanks again take care, stay safe and healthy.

@DIALINGLUNAR /_\ I’m not sure if anyone has ever had there boots smoked up here
When I was a correctional deputy, I would laugh to myself so hard at the inmates who used jail attorneys to fight their case. They would sit down at a table with the other inmates, pay them in commissary food, and take their advice. They all lost their cases. It would just crack me up to wonder why these guys would listen to the inmates who are there to serve time because they lost their own case.
There are a lot of them who get paralegal degrees, help with appeals and get people out
@@sativarosegold3604 You’re absolutely correct, and I shouldn’t have been making light of what I would see.
I bet in Prison you'd get the actual intelligent people, and its easy to learn the law with nothing to do all day(and making illegal things)
Like your analasis on all these cases. Your doin your thang mane, Keep it up.

My codefendant and I both had the same charges and no record, and I apologized to the family and received 18 months, while my codefendant said nothing and received 2.5 years.
The last time I was this early the SMOKE detector wasn’t going OFF
0:04 😂😂😂😂 Facts on the polo, trying to look like a suburbs regular boy. Lol😅
Hey Death, do a video where the defendants "last words" actually did help their sentencing. Thatd be interesting
Haha find one and I will!
Spoiler Alert 🚨 - their last words NEVER get their sentence lowered. However, last words HAVE got people more time 😂
@@lockdown23and1 While you're at it, make a video about a unicorn! 🦄
You make my coffee taste so much better! Keep doing what you're doing and stay blessed my brother!
Making my morning fun!
When you're found guilty of something like that, there's really no reason to try and convince anyone of anything. "GFY, how long is this gonna take, I'm hungry"" is really all that is left to say.
First name: Smoketh
Last name: thy boots
Hit him with triple life😳 🚬
Shout to Death and a day on the compound! Keep the content up
Fingers crossed on a Jae Perk interview! Did 16 years total
Salute!
Great content as always 👍👊
🤔, "What if this guy is a reptillian?" Death says. He must be, seems his brain is the size of a 🦕.💯😂🤣
Keep them coming DEATH. I love these up in smoke videos😇
Hahaha, I love these videos! I lived in the Philippines and ya, if you traffic drugs or have drugs it's punishable by death! Says it in red lettering on the customs paper you fill out when you land.
How welcoming haha
As soon as he said my fellow humans i knew it was over 😂😂😂
He had "As i cry" written down in his notes 😭😭😂
23and1 in tha house woop woops much love and respecto brotha 💯 🙏
lol these videos are super 🔥 and theyre also super hilarious
Ha ha I'm pretty sure the judge was mocking his speech!!!!! Hilarious 😂
Being crazy does not mean you have the golden ticket to break the law.
I watched a guy bang his head off the wall and walk and back and forth talking to absolutely no one while eating spoon fulls of butter for 9 months straight in my dorm. People would say he was acting but man if he was he did a good job.
I've got a mate in prison in Indonesia (I'm in New Zealand but I can talk to him all day on WhatsApp) and he got 5 years for a joint. One joint. He didn't have the money to bribe the cops.
That sucks! That said I always go out of my way to learn the laws of said country before I visit. It’s legal to smoke weed here in Canada but certain states in America you can still get charged with possession of it let alone smoking it.
@@FuturePsychNurse He's Indonesian :) He just didn't have the money to bribe the cops.
Lock him up and throw away the key!
Thou goteth his boots a smokethed......🔥🔥👢👢🔥🔥🔥🔥
Dudes forever home is Smokeville 😆😂😂 Hes gonna wake up in his Afterlife with 2 life sentences to serve 🤦🏽😄
The quite ones homie always😂💯
Trying to clue this family in on something...If youve ever been to a FDC? MCC? Then you have a massive story to tell, and the world needs to hear it.

I was locked up in 2006 my dad put 50 on my books b4 I got out and could use it. Went back in 2020 the 50 bucks was still there. Meet guy his father put 5k on his books said here all u will ever get. Over 20 years has been doing random small sentences but still has 2500 left when I meet him doing 3 months
Just stumbled on this content and dude I love it keep it up
When i was getting my sentence in county there was a dude, who when asked a question about why he drove his car on a suspended license, he replied "sir if i knew the answer to that question, id be sitting where you are." My sister and i cracked the fuck up
💀💀💀
That’s a good one. It shows remorse while also giving respect to the judge.
Hello earthlings my fellow human’s indeed. Me another Mar-Human could never harm another Human, that is not apart of my mission on Earth.
