Sir nagpacompute ako bakit ganun aabot daw more or less 350k ung ipapaslab namin eh. Balak kc namin islaban ung terrace. Ung architect kasi , 15k pa singil sa amin for planning lang un and computation ng mga Materials at labor. Hindi ko alam kung overprice ba si architect. Kaloka.
