I might not explained the synergy well in the video, basically you do not want to bring decrease spd champions so the boss will get as many turns as possible, and your geomancer's HP burn will always be active due to Aox's passive.
if you are bringing decrease spd champions then there is no need to use Aox.

Don't forget about our guy jingwon on a 2 turn cooldown and he has decrease accuracy.
If you have a vizier and he's not being used, then he'd be as good or better?
@@antoniestrydom6367 Vizier has a chance to weak hit and is a bit squishier. This team ideally wouldn't land any debuffs on the boss except for Geo's hp burn. Mithrala might not be the best choice since she's landing the poisons. You also want a team that doesn't do any damage on hits so the boss doesn't cleanse. The basic concept is you want to buff as much as you can so the boss takes as many turns as he can. Every hit the boss does will extend Geo's hp burn (due to Aox) and the boss won't cleanse if he drops below those thresholds due to the hp burn as opposed to a hit. Brimstone might be a bad choice here.

Always glad to see Aox get some love. He's an OG on my account (first good epic that I got) and I used to use him everywhere. He was on my scarab team forever and is still on my Nether spider team.

Vogoth's A1 also has a chance to increase debuffs, although its only 1 random debuff. Also, i'm fairly certain that Aox doesn't apply the crit rate down to enemies that are immune to TM drop, even if their TM is below 50 BEFORE the ability is used. He was in my CB team for more than a year, and i never once saw him place the crit rate debuff.
I thought about Vogoth too but there are two problems with using him as an extended in this dungeon. 1. Vogoth can weak hit. 2. You want to focus Vogoth's stats on HP. Level 15 iron peak has REALLY high accuracy requirements.

only thing i can imagine is affinity issues in spririt, but if you can make it work go for it. id go high res high hp because shell be eating tons of damage on spirit, if it works at all in that room.

Same concept applies to Bommal as well to keep Dec Acc up since Bommal takes alot of extra turns.
Without Withir or Bad El, Vogoth can be instead ? or some other champion ?
I really like the team with Jareg, but Vogoth instead of Withir I doubt it is enough :s

Geo is the king of these comps u may beat it without him but he’s not replaceable really
not replaceable unfortunately. you're just going top have to go for a reduce speed and direct. fast damage start. Use single target nukers and champs that can apply redux spd. bring a revived and and increase/decrease ACC champs, block debuffs and redux atk also critical and pretty much necessary for later stages. Not impossible in the slightest i promise. you'll get it, just keep trying stuff out!

I don't have duchess, for the moment I was succeed with my own comp :
Mithrala (of course)
Geomancer (very obvious)
Godseeker (so good so far)
Helicath (immortal team^^)
Lady Kimi (she decrease speed, so it's not speedrun at all, but it makes it more easy for someone that not have lot of gear 6*, also the increase accuracy make Geomancer more efficient and decrease accuracy helping as well for long run : 3 minutes)
Note: I changed my geomancer today who had too low accuracy and speed, so for now he's in reflex set, with gear 5 or 6* level 12 ^^ (super low defense and hp ) but still beating the twins on highest level (15)
I'll try tomorrow your comp, replacing Duchess by Godseeker :)
Tyrant also pair great with geo , all you need to do is lock out his hp burn
With how often the boss clenses the HP burn I almost wonder if you need Aox? The burn never reached its 3 turn duration

I've never used Aox, but have him in BOLSTER and DEFIANT. I have Duchess and Mithrala on my team already, so I just have to decide on whether to drop Tatura or Iron Brago who both can smite. That's my force team today.

Would a Vizier work instead of Aox since his A1 extends debuffs?
With this strat, the boss gets way more turns than a Vizier would, which means more passive procs than Vizier extensions

one suggestion: i have walking tomb dreng in retaliation set.
his a1 will activate hp burn every time and it doesn't need accuracy, same goes for his a2 if geomancer fails to put hp burn. and his a3 has the best healing ability in the game. he's also very tanky and reflects dmg.
overall I think this champ is perfect for it in this comp.
Geomancers passive only triggers if the enemy has an HP burn placed by Geomancer, Walking Tombs HP burn will not work with Geo passive
@@Core94 i know. but if he fails to place it isn't it just better and safer to let tomb dreng place it after geo's turn? if we're talking speed runs, then the run would probably fail if geo fails to place it. even if you don't want this option u can turn off his a2 and let him a1, activating hp burn and proc Warmaster all day.
@@sagi5826 you shouldn't build your geo to fail. Put more accuracy on Geo and just accept the fact that 3% of the time, Plarium is going to do you dirty.
If somebody else places the HP burn, it doesn't work. Just read his passive. It says it pretty clear.

The best part of the video is seeing essences drop, I've used max keys on max level every day and have seen zero of either essence.
Just an idea, but would be great if once you showcase a team and show replacements, you could show at least the end of the run with these replacements running (e.g. the Godseeker instead of Dutchess).
It gets increasingly tricky to get a specific champions as the pool is diluted. I play for 3 years now and don't have the Geomancer nor Dutchess, lol

I don't have most of Lego that other have (Duchess, Siphi, etc...) and that I dream about. But I have all possible usefull Epics (in this moment in Epic, I only wish to have double Seeker and maybe double Godseeker).
@@nothing2believe There's 234 epics in the game. It's nothing unusual not to have a specific one.
I had 6 seekers through my gameplay, while only just last week pulled my first Royal Guard. In total I never pulled 22 epics in the game, if you want specific numbers. The only faction where I got every single epic is the Undead Hordes.

Same, have four seekers but only got my first royal guard last month. I’m lvl 95 . Also have 3 Geomancers, four Uggos. Don’t have a seer though still or a God Seeker

Does aox passive works even against Green affinity?
Affinity shouldn't matter as the passive doesn't land a hit on the boss to extend the debuffs. Would be a bug if it didn't work imo
Yes. Affinity only comes into play when you are hitting. You cannot place a skill on a weak hit. A skill which doesn't hit like Aox's decrease attack and decrease crit rate or Mordecai placing burn aren't affected by affinity. Looks like you could 4man that without aox and it would be the exact same.... doesn't look like he is doing anything since the extend has no effect due to boss cleanse
he doesnt cleanse if he jus ttakes passive damage. so having all ur 5 champs with low attack and no crit is good

why haven't people been using Drexthar Bloodtwin? his passive is 55% to apply HP burn when he's hit and it should apply on all affinities? also we all have access to him
Because Geo's passive only works if Geo is the one that placed the hp burn
