Never paid any attention to the video quality, your videos are always so good. Side by side video comparison made it obvious you've had an upgrade. Congrats on the new equipment.
Honestly, the community around this game is what makes my keep playing. All the content creators I've come across I've subbed to as you all help each other, are all genuine and love helping players. It is was one of your videos that got me into hydra. So thanks
When I still needed help with hydra you were the cc I came to. Looking up hydra is actually how I found your channel. Now I can auto nm, brutal and hard but still come to see what’s up. I’ve been playing for about 15 months. I’ve progressed very quickly.
This video is super helpful for me. Especially because there's a lot of "hey, you want to make sure you have these types of people" + "you'd be about this far into the game before you can really engage this" and that last part is especially important for where I'm at. I don't have Deacon or Khatun (I was foolish and simply did not know better), but I do have Apothecary. Not sure if that works, tho. I have a lot to think about, but at least I have a direction and that's great. Thanks for the vid 🌻
this is excellent, please more hydra videos, i also loved how you picked a team that isnt meta, this was eye opening. I have been having such a hard time so I really appreciated this video
Good content Nubs, you are of great help for the community! A couple comments. Even though you made it begginer friendly, I don't find a guide that throughly explain all the decision making, going through what every head does, etc. For example, explaining why you should provoke this or that, hitting decapitaded heads for damage, etc. Teaching people to learn the process other then just copy and paste what someone said. I remember when I first entered hydra, I simply looked at it and let it run, as soon as I killed a head I went to target the next one, totally clueless haha
Early on, I didn't have a good Block Bebuffs champ. So I supplemented that with a good Buff Strip champ. I couldn't stop the buffs from being stolen, but I wiped them off as soon as they were taken. Was a big help. Then I got Tuhanarak, big boost to my main Hydra team.
This is really great, so happy I can share this kind of content with our newer clan mates. Would love to see Brutal/NM using primarily 2021 ~ 2022 Fusions, Logins, All Epics, etc. - and not the top tier legendaries (especially void) that most folks don't have access to.
I really appreciate the camera upgrade, it doesn't take away from the quality of your content at all, however especially with some of the more heart felt content seeing you in better quality feels nice as the community you've been building is getting to know every better over the months we spend watching your videos and streams together
Great vid. Hydra is a difficult, especially if fielding 3 x6 teams. I had Duedan in my vault, but after watching this vid, I am going to build him up and replace Pythion with Duedan in my Hydra team and see how he fairs. Those Mithrala fragments are so welcome, so big thanks.👍 .
I am not in a tryhard clan and around 8-10 people are doing hydra, we are up to brutal and usually, 3 of us are killing the entire hard hydra. This means every one of us should do at least 80-100m dmg depending on how many people attacked it. I hope they will add more additional rewards or another champ in the future so more people would be interested in it.
Hey Nub - I'm in SIN cluster as well. Thanks for your content! I have been playing 105 days and so far have struggled to get the first crate on hydra normal. I watched this video and just went and had a go at playing manual and managed 5.5m on 1 key! Thanks a lot, it was really helpful for a mega noob like me.
New cam has a lot more contrast. Well done! Seriously love your content. Keep it up, brother. Next ones could be mid-game and end-game guides for hydra. You've made a part of the game I really didn't like enjoyable. Thank you.
Really good video. So nice to see you back on a regular basis. Hope the worst in terms of health issues is over (for the time being) and you can continue to proceed. Also on your new equipment: Felt like from one of the old LotR movies when Gandalf put the spell off from Théoden... :D Very nice improvement!
Hey Nub, love your content...also, good luck to ya on CB Clover Contest.... Wondering if u would put out an Iron Twins sort of beginner (low-mid game) guide out..if u haven't already. Thx Bro, keep up the good work
I was JUST thinking that it has been forever since you did guides for Hydra. I would love to see some advanced teams as well. We haven't done any deep dives in several rotations and a lot has changed.
How did you get a 2 month old f2p a/c to do so much damage? I've been playing for around 6 months, and slowly climbing dungeon levels for gear, and gradually updrading my champs, but my Rhonda does around 1/4 of the damage on Hydra yours did.
Could you make a video on farming gear or what kind of gear to farm for specific builds? Love the video,I can definitely see myself dealing more damage.
I've got a 4 year ftp account and I can barely put a dent in brutal. When I look at the brutal/NM teams, nope, don' t have those champs (nevermind the gear). For fun I can do normal with epic teams (depending on rotation), struggle sometimes to get top chest with my better/best champs on hard, but beyond that... forget it. If I ever see some comps with "accessible" champs that can do brutal/NM I would revisit that, but the champs I see at that level are all very top shelf.
When you said it unlocks too early I definitely agreed. I have an account with two 6 stars and I can already access Hydra, just to get smacked down and maybe put out 100k damage. I can't beat him to the block debuffs.
Lol, only been able to get 2-3 million on my best run since i started doing hydra a few weeks ago. Watched this vid and did 23 million on my first run. Granted I did just pull Uugo earlier this week. But realizing that getting my block debuffs stolen and spread was what was messing me up is a game changer.
Gonna have to watch this video in detail, I'm _clearly_ approaching Hydra wrong if you can hit 1.5M with level 50s like that. I've got a Demon Lord team that regularly breaks 20m damage there so it's not like I don't have some developed characters to work with, but I have yet to make it more than four turns into Hydra or plant over 150k on a single key, and that's the best result I've seen anyone put up in the F2P clan I'm part of.
Im thinking maybe a top 5 or 10 list for each slot ... like tol 5 damage dealer. Top 5 block buffs. Maby even top 5 in each rarity. 5 best epic nucker, 5 best lego nuckers, 5 best rare nucker. For hydra
great help! I do have a question though. I have noticed that Walking Tomb Dreng's A2 / HP Burn fails sometimes, even though it is described as not resistible. Should I just skip him and go with Ignatious (another unresistible HP burner)..
Hi nub - I use a similar team to your suggestion I use Ronda / Gnishak for damage Drex for burn and provoke Scyl and udk for protection and healing And uugo for block damage and decrease defence I can do around 20m on normal - but can’t do enough damage, to free a champion when on hard - do you have any pointers for how to increase the damage
Im quitting the game again... (ReDL for Super Athel... they decided to shit on me for that mistake...) BUT I want to say THANK YOU for putting out this video. I had suggested it somewhere else, and it was 100% the HARDEST thing to find info on as a returning player from over a year ago. 6 weeks back, and Plar pissed on me enough, but I did get that Scyl skin AND pulled a Valk. Maybe one day the company will actually put out good content that isn't just a disguised money grab.
Just opened some soul stone things whilst watching this and got a 6 star Cardiel from an Immortal on my alt account. Think I may sell it since odds are very very slim I ever pull him. I don’t get squat for void shards in any meaningful way.
Nub, I am just really starting to try Hydra after 8 months playing the game, I'm progressing slower than most. I am using Deliana, Scyl, Krisk, UDK, Geo, and Tayrel I think. I have two Husk's sitting in the Vault, I also have Two seekers, and I recently pulled Shamrock. My other burner right now is Sicia. My question is are Husk and Seeker really good in Normal Hydra? Also Is my Oboro worth building at my level? With my current teams and the gear I have I am currently getting the second chest with two keys.
So you finish gearing your trunda and champs for that yumiko and trunda team and you realise you are not one shoting the heads , you later find out that you can ignore more defence by upgrading the hydra bonus but you have to be good or gind alot of live arena to farm that up lol. happend to someone in my clan wondering why he can not do the damage that i can do in hydra . my hydra bonus stats are almost maxed out just hp and defence to go farming live arena is very important for hydra clash.
you chose level 50 and 40 but when you actually go in they are all 60's? how do you do that?
Рік тому
I frankly don't like doing "non auto-"runs... is there a way with some "efficient" (decent) champs to fully Auto-run the Hydra? Regards from Tabasco, México [Land of The Olmecs]!
Would you say it's better to throw debuffs at them or buff your team? This boss is complicated for my little brain. Seems nothing I do. I can't get over 3mil on normal, using High Katuhn, UDK, Scyl, Deliana, Geo, and Galek... 2.05 mil is the best I've ever done. Just starting to pay more attention to hydra tho, hope I can understand this better.
is lv60 champs important was thinking of trying it out only have UDK LV60 and 1 assentation artak lv60 thats its and wukong lv50 not many strong ones is it worth it im on F2P my general team is UDK as lead other than arena which is wukong rest of my team is dark altain stag knight reliquarry and on the road to scyl about a month and 4 days away 4 days of the free fire dude then i want grush
Never paid any attention to the video quality, your videos are always so good. Side by side video comparison made it obvious you've had an upgrade. Congrats on the new equipment.
Yes the content quality overrides the looks and he always delivers.
Honestly, the community around this game is what makes my keep playing. All the content creators I've come across I've subbed to as you all help each other, are all genuine and love helping players. It is was one of your videos that got me into hydra. So thanks

I didn’t know to target decapitated heads either! Not for a long time.
The camera is way better than before. It's that kind of situation where I didn't think it needed the change but I appreciate it
Early on, I didn't have a good Block Bebuffs champ. So I supplemented that with a good Buff Strip champ. I couldn't stop the buffs from being stolen, but I wiped them off as soon as they were taken. Was a big help. Then I got Tuhanarak, big boost to my main Hydra team.
Trying to push up in Hydra today been working on brutal 1 key for hours, awesome video to have alongside the struggle! Thanks Nubs!

Nice video I have played this game for over 4 years just on auto. Hydra will force me to learn how to manual the game. Thank you.
Great improvement! Thanks for great content. Took me 5 months to even begin to understand Hydra, and to gather some kind of roster.
I am not in a tryhard clan and around 8-10 people are doing hydra, we are up to brutal and usually, 3 of us are killing the entire hard hydra. This means every one of us should do at least 80-100m dmg depending on how many people attacked it. thank you so much, I took notes and I at least feel that I can build my fist Hydra team-the spreadsheets are great! very helpful
Love the new guide. Great camera upgrade, Nub. It's clear that the "H" and "D" in HD stands for Handsome and Dapper!
Man this made a massive difference and also watched your spotlight on oborro and first time ever build a champ just for resistance
Congrats Nub for the improviment, thank you for the guida, I was really needing this
Hey Nub - I'm in SIN cluster as well. Thanks for your content! I have been playing 105 days and so far have struggled to get the first crate on hydra normal. I watched this video and just went and had a go at playing manual and managed 5.5m on 1 key! Thanks a lot, it was really helpful for a mega noob like me.
Also a SIN member that's fairly new to the game. Felt cool when I saw he's with us 😎
Congrats on the new equipment! Love your content, keep it up!
New cam has a lot more contrast. Well done!
Seriously love your content. Keep it up, brother.
Next ones could be mid-game and end-game guides for hydra.
You've made a part of the game I really didn't like enjoyable. Thank you.
Nice light and camera, next lvl quality 👍 go Dub!
Thanks for this slow break down. I have a better understanding of the methods needed.
omg the quality difference between your old webcam and your new one is amazing. Good purchase man.
This is the first useable guide I have seen, thanks. Like 260 days in and I still only do 1.2 mill damage, gonna switch it up.
Perfect. I just got back in the game after a while gone. So glad to find this video.
Sweet upgrade Nubs
Love the information you are putting out, has helped me soo much! TyTY!
Dude, nice video! Going to use different lineup this week.
Really good video. So nice to see you back on a regular basis. Hope the worst in terms of health issues is over (for the time being) and you can continue to proceed.
Also on your new equipment: Felt like from one of the old LotR movies when Gandalf put the spell off from Théoden... :D
Very nice improvement!
Thanks, will be needing this. Never been super interested in Hydra. But I want to at least try to get into it
Hey Nub, love your content...also, good luck to ya on CB Clover Contest.... Wondering if u would put out an Iron Twins sort of beginner (low-mid game) guide out..if u haven't already. Thx Bro, keep up the good work
Thanks Nubs, you're great! Loved the video, and the way you explain everything. Gotta go hit that hydra now! ;)
I was JUST thinking that it has been forever since you did guides for Hydra. I would love to see some advanced teams as well. We haven't done any deep dives in several rotations and a lot has changed.
The lights and the new cam look much better! Nubkeks in high definition!

new webcam looks 10x better brotha and the guide was very helpful!

This was a excellent video. Keep it up
I've got a 4 year ftp account and I can barely put a dent in brutal. When I look at the brutal/NM teams, nope, don' t have those champs (nevermind the gear). The new camera is definately better quality ... gratz on the new webcam.
Seeing both cameras together I prefer the old one it makes you look like the rare shiney version of yourself
Very good intro in hydra, and great result with champs you have available.
When you said it unlocks too early I definitely agreed. I have an account with two 6 stars and I can already access Hydra, just to get smacked down and maybe put out 100k damage. I can't beat him to the block debuffs.
New camera looks fantastic!
New video cam looks great! ;D
Looking good Nubs! Thanks for the video.
Your a monster raider nubs thanks for the content. Much appreciated as always
This is so helpful, thank you so much! 😁
Lol, only been able to get 2-3 million on my best run since i started doing hydra a few weeks ago. Watched this vid and did 23 million on my first run. Granted I did just pull Uugo earlier this week. But realizing that getting my block debuffs stolen and spread was what was messing me up is a game changer.
how to know which starting heads we are dealing with just from looking at their icon? is there a way to see their names?
To be honest I rarely see raid creators, most of the time I just listen during cardio or work. But still thx for you efforts ❤
awesome video and super well explained. thanks mate
Took me 1 year to get 1st chest in normal. I was just too frustrated and was not focus at all, until recently
Gonna have to watch this video in detail, I'm _clearly_ approaching Hydra wrong if you can hit 1.5M with level 50s like that.

for ftp good luck getting there with random gear :] thanks for tips!
Felicidades hoy lo compruebo de nuevo eres el mejor streamer de raid

Busy ATM but I will come back and look at this in detail
Wow that new cam is a huge upgrade!
great help! I do have a question though. I have noticed that Walking Tomb Dreng's A2 / HP Burn fails sometimes, even though it is described as not resistible. Should I just skip him and go with Ignatious (another unresistible HP burner)..
the new camera looks good :)
I've been playing 8 months with big gaps in between plays and nowhere near nightmare on demon lord never mind normal on hydra😂
Use the recently used first sorting for champions. That way you don’t have to go looking or admit that you don’t remember who was in the team. ;)
Have gone back to find this even as an experienced player just to see if I'm missing anything
Much love bro , your so peaceful and funny .
New camera looks great
Hi nub - I use a similar team to your suggestion
I use Ronda / Gnishak for damage
Drex for burn and provoke
Scyl and udk for protection and healing
And uugo for block damage and decrease defence
I can do around 20m on normal - but can’t do enough damage, to free a champion when on hard - do you have any pointers for how to increase the damage

22:20 lightning orb protect your buffs
the webcam looks great
I need help with building champions gear and such. My champions are weak cause of my gear but idk what to look for when it comes to gear.
Question - On one of your Hydra guides under Utility, you have listed Mischief Tank. What is that in reference to in terms of abilities?
Don't know how long it's been since you've done a beginners demon lord guide, but might as well. Would be nice
Who are other alternatives to Uugo?
Nub, I am just really starting to try Hydra after 8 months playing the game, I'm progressing slower than most. I am using Deliana, Scyl, Krisk, UDK, Geo, and Tayrel I think. I have two Husk's sitting in the Vault, I also have Two seekers, and I recently pulled Shamrock. My other burner right now is Sicia. My question is are Husk and Seeker really good in Normal Hydra? Im late but ur video is always amazing nubs :D
I like how he says "months", with no withdraw.
LIKE MOVIE MAGIC, LOVE YOUR VIDS
I’ve played up to say 89 login and have one of those champions.

What do you mean with we are expecting hydra updates coming this year? Did they say anything?
new cam looks good

I've been playing since game started still can't make a dent in hydra?can you get shards from hydra or books?
Would you say it's better to throw debuffs at them or buff your team? This boss is complicated for my little brain. Seems nothing I do. Just starting to pay more attention to hydra tho, hope I can understand this better.
Would Greybeard(75% or 80% chance to provoke and with counterattack and an irremovable shield) be a champ for Hydra?
A weird question but should I sell some of my useless stonekiin gear, been doing hydra for 6 months now
is lv60 champs important was thinking of trying it out only have UDK LV60 and 1 assentation artak lv60 thats its and wukong lv50 not many strong ones is it worth it im on F2P my general team is UDK as lead other than arena which is wukong rest of my team is dark altain stag knight reliquarry and on the road to scyl about a month and 4 days away 4 days of the free fire dude then i want grush
You plugged your discord but didn't give the invite to the channel?
What's the hydra ability that destroys max HP and how can i avoid that?
LOL I lack the majority of the characters portrayed. Going on 6 months and I'm still really confused.
Dude i had no idea that when your champ gets eaten yiu have to beat the green down on the head that ate the champ
I'm 3 weeks in and reaching hydra because of event grinding levels fast😂
i lasted 30 seconds in Hydra den
All I want to to get the first chest on the easiest difficulty. I can build from there
