@@mianaomipost9885 yes , these men have well balanced messages. And use a lot of verses to back up what they are talking about. And that is very important. So many preachers today can’t put a message together. Or they use 1 or 2 verses and pull them out of context to put together a message in 5 minutes after a busy day. It just leaves their congregation starving .but that’s what a dead church gets, because god appoints them a pastor whom he sees fit for them. Talking about those who don’t pray or prepare themselves to receive a word from the Almighty. Have a great day!

Stanley's sermon on John when he was exiled on the island, and Jesus appeared to him in his new heavenly body-- is riveting. A masterpiece.
And Prince--it's hard to put into words how magnificent he was. His British military family origins, Cambridge and World War II experiences provide such a wonderful backdrop for storytelling in his orderly, concice, and annointed teaching, which does not leave out the supernatural aspect and the battle between good and evil.
These men are about The Word, The Word, The Word!

I listen to Derek’s messages over and over again! I want my heart to know God as Derek presents Him!

He was a teacher. A prophet, an apostle, a pastor & an evangelist delivers differently & when one is preaching, ones voice can go up, it depends on how the Holy Spirit wants it delivered.

The Love and the fear of the Lord are essentially the same
I would put it the other way around, the fear of God starts you on the path but the love of God keeps you. Fear of God is the beginning of wisdom but not the end.

I've been a Christian for many years, and this is just about the most important informative sermon I've ever heard, I pray that more people truly take in this oh so important message.

I had given my heart to the Lord as a child,when I became a teen I gave myself over to water baptism,in 1996 I was given the blessing of the Holy Spirit.While in church a wind blew through the church,it blew across my face,not long after I was given the gift of prayer in tongues.Amen the Lord has sanctified me,a lowly man.I do fear the Lord and this sermon just spoke to me again ,To Fear The Lord .

Shalom , never knew about THE FEAR OF THE LORD , but when THE LORD GAVE ME understanding I lost the fear that was in me from my childhood and started to heal and see that I have no reason to fear any human because they too are just flesh and vulnerable . I understood that nobody has the right to abuse me , harass me , dominate me , control me , manipulate me , thank you LORD JESUS FOR SETTINGME FREE FROM THE FEAR OF MEN AND SHOW ME THAT THE ONLY ONE I GOT TO FEAR IS MY HEAVENLY FATHER , HALLELUJAH , BLESSED BE THE NAME OF THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY

Im crying out to you for our nation to have mercy on us. Not because we desirve it but because of who you are that you delight in mercy and it is your good pleasure.

And I know I have fallen short on what you have asked me to do but please Lord be merciful to the nation and save the people from the deveour. There are so many that have not yet met you

I stepped into the ring I had no clue.
When the round was over I was bloody and brused and cling to the cross was the best I could do. Lord dont give up on me! I have been in the fire.
I have learned much and were my stringth comes from: not by might not by force but by your spirit.
Lord this is no longer about me its about you, the glory of your name and a witness of your love and power to those still lost.
Lord I owe you my life no mater how many times I fall I will get back up because I know I am more than a concurer and all things are possable through you Christ Jesus who strengthens me.
Lord stringthen me your man to be a tool to be used by you, for you to help turn the harts of the people to you.

Jesus Christ is Lord
"The Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding". God showed me the meaning and importance of "Understanding". I was studying with a guy once who used the word "overstand" twice in a conversation. I had prayed the night before that God would have this guy tell me why we were not able to "be on the same page" when trying to study the Bible. The next day I randomly picked up a Dictionary off a coffee table and opened to a word. It was "superstition". The etymology of this word is from Latin. "super" which means over and "Sticere" which means "to stand". I didn't yet get the meaning of the whole thing until I prayed. In prayer God revealed this to me:
Understanding and superstition are direct opposites. Overstanding means to take authority over or to "use" for ones own purpose. Understanding is to stand under; to submit to. In superstition, people are attempting to gain knowledge to give them power. As in learning spells in witchcraft. The more spells known the more power the person possesses.
The opposite is Understanding. To understand knowledge, a person submits to it's truth. The knowledge has power over the person. In contemplating this in the light of Christ's heart, I learned a great deal.
Jesus is the "word made flesh". I say that Jesus was in such complete submission to God's word that He literally was the embodyment of the Word. "The Word was with God, and the Word Was God.". Jesus also said "I and the Father are one, I always do exactly what the Father pleases" ...Complete submission.
This is why the Word of God MUST be the authority in our lives. If one seeks to possess it's wisdom without being in complete submission to it as it is God's perfect word, that person is trying to steal God's glory ...and woe to him.
This also clearly demonstrates why the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. True wisdom is in submission to God who is truth. Without first having a fear of God, wisdom cannot be manifest.

One thing is guaranteed: On Judgment Day, EVERYONE present will fear the LORD!!!
I think how you reconcile fearing God and coming boldly to the throne of grace is just that, grace. We have a proper respect for God and fear of stepping out from under His grace but as long as we hold fast to that grace we can approach confidently and offer praises as his beloved children clothed in the wedding garment of His blood.
