@Expeldarkness What do you think of the forced conversions of European pagans by thechurch? The forced conversions in the New World? Slaughters of the native peoples of the Americas? Why was it wrong for the Ottomon Empire to spread but ok for European empires to spread, oppress, subjugate other peoples & take their land and resources? Was the horrendous treatement of the native people in the Congo ok when it was a colony of the Belgians?
@Masonictoaster9 How about the sacking of Constaninople by those lovely crusaders? Since that was Christian on Christian violence, it's ok with you? I would venture to say you are ok with all of the natives in the Americas killed or in some cases, particularly Latin America, converted by force. Buy hey since that was vilence carried out by Christians I am sure you are ok with that. We cannot condem the wrongs of some other groups past if we refuse to admit the wrongs of our own past.
