The Mario game I would be most hyped to see next would be a 3D Open World Mario Game that also sort of functions as a Mario Kart Game. In the sense that Mario can drive around the open world in a Kart that controls just like the karts in MK8, and can also visit (and drive on) a few dozen different Mario Kart tracks
maybe the next 3D mario game can allow you to go into space whenever you want and go see other plants like if mario Galaxy, Odyssey, and Breath of the wild combination.

For a big 3D Mario game i'd want them to just copy DK64. Where the Mario cast gets kidnapped and Mario has to rescue them one by one and you unlock them one at a time. Idk what they can really do with a new Mario Kart game other than new stages and characters? They could give it a storymode maybe? On another note, i've always wanted a Star Fox racing game. The tech/vehicles in Star Fox lends itself perfectly. The franchise has a huge cast as well they could expand upon. Idk if a mix between Mario and Star Fox characters could work well. Since people who aren't big into Nintendo will be confused by it and would rather just have a regular Mario Kart. So maybe best to keep them seperated. Agree with your take on more Mario Party games. It's because Football is an extremely American sport. It might be one of the biggest sports out there, but that's only from our perspective as Americans. Not only would this be a game that releases worldwide, but Nintendo is a Japanese based company. They might not even be aware of how big football is, and if they are, they might not know the rules of how it works and be worried about not being able to deliver. Sure, they could easily get an American company to make it, but again this would be a game that releases worldwide. Americans would be hyped, but it also needs to sell well in the UK, France, Spain, Australia, Japan, etc.
They could make a sumo wrestling game that stars Bowser. A Bowser sumo wrestling game would help increase the popularity of sumo wrestling and give an iconic villain the spotlight as a protagonist, even if his goal is glory and admiration.

Unpopular opinion: I actually enjoy a more linear level-by-level game than an open world. I just find a game like Legend of Zelda where you could go and do anything at literally any time overwhelms me. I would definitely enjoy a more 3D World style for a new Mario game. I think that they have to go with 3D for the next Mario Maker. The second one was so similar to the first one because the Wii U did so bad that people are making jokes about it, but the Switch was very popular, so I don't think people will want to play the same game the second time (or third) with a few more game styles and objects. They should just take a different route.

When it comes to SMM games my brother helped me trade SMM1 for SMM2 on day one years ago 'I wish SMM2 had all the costumes from SMM1 and I wish it got los more from SMB3/SMW that it didn't get' I ain't played SMM2 in I don't remember how long but Darby of Blue Television Games streamed SMM1 lots of times before SMM2 it was what made his YT channel as good as it was now he streams SMM2 on Sundays 'except for the last few Sundays he streamed SMM1' and he streams classic games picked by chat on Tuesdays and his YT channel 'he keeps family friendly so kids can enjoy' has 622k subs he said his goal is a million subs if there's a SMM3 I bet he'll stream that instead of SMM2 when it comes to stores.

I would like a Mario Galaxy/Oddysey Fusion, giving Mario Galaxy and the OG Era a Last Tribute but have a Open World Type Gameplay to welcome the new Gen. Most Likely 8 Worlds, cool Mini Bosses to fund and Fight, an at the End a Koopaling for the last Time. As a Main Villain would fit in my Opinion the Dark Star. U can find Moons and Stars to Power your Ship, and, and you can Travel Manuel in a Giant Universe toe ach Galaxy much Like Wind Waker.
The Name would be Like: Super Mario Universe

As far as having new games vs classic games I like that lots of people still really likes classic games like NES/SNES/Gameboy systems/N64 maybe even GC lots of us likes Darby of Blue Television Games Tuesdays streams usually of lots of classic video games from lots of classic video games systems suggested by lots of people in the chat 'he streamed a different game today' I hope the next Nintendo system has lots of classic games 'free'.

When it comes to SMM games my brother helped me trade SMM1 for SMM2 on day one years ago 'I wish SMM2 had all the costumes from SMM1 and I wish it got los more from SMB3/SMW that it didn't get' I ain't played SMM2 in I don't remember how long but Darby of Blue Television Games streamed SMM1 lots of times before SMM2 it was what made his YT channel as good as it was now he streams SMM2 on Sundays 'except for the last few Sundays he streamed SMM1' and he streams classic games picked by chat on Tuesdays and his YT channel 'he keeps family friendly so kids can enjoy' has 622k subs he said his goal is a million subs if there's a SMM3 I bet he'll stream that instead of SMM2 when it comes to stores.
