Very nice! I found that if I ran a bead of glue along the bottom side of the tongue only it still gave me a good strong joint, and it avoided the need to have to clean the excess glue afterwards

Thank you and yes well done it does work well if you just do glue on bottom part. 👍👍👍

Hi all your videos are very helpful but I’m in the same situation like in this video, the kitchen is concrete and living room plywood what is my best option for lay down the floor ( is the same floor as in your video) is glued down to the floor better than glue edge to edge ? If so how is the correct process please advise me on this as I am trying to start my first project with this kind of flooring 😊

Oh thats cool, yeah i try to show in my videos not only how easy it is to fit the floor but also the challenges. Ao one of them is different subfloor. Depends whats more important for you. Is it that its warmer underneath the floor or more important is that it doesnt move and bounce. There is more work to glue it down in my opinion as youd need to screw down tongue and groove chipboard and glue down down rest of the same chipboard where you have the concrete part. And than you can glue down your paruet. Other option is to just do underlay and follow edge to edge gluing each board. Both ways are good but if youre glueing down first time in your life it may be very messy job and try to keep your boards clean and also make your straight chalk line first pararel to walls- once youregluing down you cant move them and adjust, where on underlay you can stil move the whole floor parapel to the wall.....general answer but i hope it helps . you can do it 👊👊👊

Not sure what brand of foil underlay you used, but for Royale it should be laid with foil side down. Curious why would be different with your underlay foil side up.

This is a special underlay from germany. Here is that link with product describtion. This one you do silver side up. Many other brands do silver down but this one is up:

Some brands specify that the foil side should be face up.
