There's this server in the Northstar client that makes you fly very high with Northstar. and a mod that gives you Viper's flight core SFX

viper is definitely the best, the most difficult and the most designed boss i mean kane is just scorch, ash is a ronin, richter is a tone i think, slone is just ion, and viper is a modifed northstar capable of flying. so yeah in terms of badass viper wins easy out of probably many bosses in other games too
edit: viper also has the most lore(i think) and he does the most detrimental thing to the storyline. spoiler: he can actually win a fight with bt its just cooper helping take out viper and stop the titan

apart from Richter in (my case), Viper is singlehandedly the most difficult boss fight on master difficulty. He cast genuine fear upon me. I have never t-bagged an opponent hard then when I killed Viper. Now Lil' Valkyrie's an orphan.

I gotta be honest. Viper was whooping BTs ass but he lost his hatch and became vulnerable. Would have been a different ending if the hatch protected him from being shot
Also, if you dont shoot viper in time when the hatch pops off, he literally rips BTs eye from its socket and crushes it and his data core.
Jack and bt probably would've both died in that fight if Jack didn't disembark right before rhe attack
