damn, all that money i spent on good boots to work in a foundry wasted knowing now i could of done it in sandals..
these guys have steel toes, don't you know, you soft ass Westerner ;-)
A guy with sandals carrying a bucket of molten steel, im impressed
Always with the safety sandals
That's major safety progress. 50 years ago they would be carrying it naked suspended from their testicles.
The guy fabricating the metal trunk at the end has some insane skills... 👏👏👏
The best craftsman is in the last video.
Tahis t guy Using only three tools: scissors, hammer, chisel, and a lot of skill.
I really have admiration and respect for his abilities.
Worst enemies to a pakistani worker are a workbench, helmets, googles, safety shoes, etc. But, what a skill and geniality. My god, they seems to be wizards. Although safety rules, CHAPEAU. Greets from Venezuela.
Few people becoming very rich destroying the health or many poorest. The man with the dry power paint gun without any protection is too sad
Seems like a good mask wouldn’t be out of reach.
Welding galvanized steel 😮
Yes, seeing all that dry powder paint on his face, is pretty much what is being deposited in his lungs as well. That was a bit shocking to see :(
@user-sv8xo6ki9x what is so wrong with keeping people safe at work are you that ignorant
Great craftmanship and all but @20:49 painting with no mask and visible paint on his face!? It seems we are all over looking the lack of foot and heat protections but respiratory?! Gets better but whoa, that hit me.
That sheet metalworker at the end was the only REAL skilled craftsmen in the whole video. A real master.
Theyre all craftsman ya poopbutt
Absolutely great craftsmanship being able to work with barely any sophisticated tools.
They were all good at jobs.
The man who begins his work at 1:14:50 is a true artist. Fantastic.
The first job I fell like it should be raining 😂 working in the dungeon. 😂😂😂
Very hunmbling, were lucky to live in USA
This guy's save us, when machines decide kill us...
Workers handling sharp or super-heated metals wearing flip-flops, often without gloves or other safety gear is like watching manufacturing processes from the last century. I suppose human power in any over-populated area is easily replaced and less expensive than upgrades in the equipment. Just as an aside, I wonder how long the young man at around 20:45 will live, spray painting without a mask.
not long. most likely having lung problems to liver failure.
It is no paint, it is powder coating. So no solvents. It is just plastic powder powdered on the surfice and is backed on (melted on) in the oven. But breathing in dust all the time isn't good for the lungs anyways
Exactly what I was thinking! I guess they don’t have OSHA there 😂
he's powder coating and that's much worse! he will probably be dead or wish he was in just a few years!
@@martens57, his lungs probably powder coated too😮
in 1:04:35 you see how the pieces cool down in different times in stacks and in 1:07:22 you see the hardness sticker XD
The time to cool from 800 to 500°C is very important for the hardness of metal and high values can only be achieved this a fast cooling rate e.g. oil cooling.
This process is giving me goosebumbs.
They do no care, important is to do the job, never mind the technicsl details!
That guy at the end with the big wooden mallet, he's no joke. Great skills.
I particularly enjoyed the solar powered disobedient child roasting oven at the end of the video.
20:48 this man powder coating breaks my heart. Most likely no healthcare or insurance for this man. His family will be sad when he dies early. Heartbreaking. 😢❤
God-Bless these Hard-Working Men 💪🏻
Young & Old 👍👍
Greet job fantastic ❤
Thank you! Cheers!
Kamu yg pertama kena serangan jantung....
😂
In sandals and without a respirator.
They're crazy.
No.. they are just poor.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
Thanks for watching
look how clean that man keeps his lathe (45:00) and the big guy with the snazzy hat (33:02) makes welding those seams look easy (very hard to do on such thin metal) 😊😊😊0
Life is truly cheap on the other side of the world. 😮
No safety equipment or masks an I bet they get paid pennies for all their hard work, they do it well hats off to ya guys
Do they have a choice??? Yet in 1st world countries, we cannot hear enough about how the useless and lazy people are so oppressed.
You can make some nice, powerful WI FI receivers with those dishes.
You can’t blame the price of the goods on labour costs
20:32 save your self, wear a mask.
I admire their quality control, powder coating rusty wheels is taking it to the next level, that coating must last hours maybe even days.
And the operators life expectancy, even less.
I was thinking the first good firm brushing for the powder coat, but how about precision machining a part to through it in a pile on the ground
🤣
Wouldn't that 300kg pipe at say 800C and workers wearing sandals could possibly cause injury.
nice to see all safety precautions' being observed!!
I feel bad for the guy powder coating the wheels. He has a short future as a happy healthy person. The whole thing makes me wonder about how often they loose fingers and toes.
P
😭😭😭
No kidding. No mask, face covered in paint….😢
Kampret..
But his hair was safe
Oh man, that's what working is !😁
Is great to see them casting steel wearing safety sandals...
Lindo trabalho parabéns
Mashallah, Pakistan industry is in great progress 🇵🇰🇵🇰🇵🇰
An excellent portrayal of work in your country of people we admire ,thank you .
Last guy is an artist
It is incredible what human beings can do. (We go back in time when everything was worked by hand) My respect for these workers of the hand of God.✝☯
Rapaz, segurança do trabalho passou longe!😮 Saúde e segurança!
@@lionelteles8197I agree. Health and safety is to create more government jobs and needless costs.
These guys really know what they are doing. They are fast, efficient skilled workers making mighty fine products. Working their asses off to support their families.
If this were the us, they’d all be suing for too much output.

My thoughts and prayers goes out to homeboy who is just absolutely swimming in heavily acidic and caustic heavy metal salt solutions at around 12:00.
Blows my mind these people in India and Pakistan can literally make ANYTHING except, Boots. The number one thing they all seem to need working in these places.
Well powder coating rusty wheels won't go well.
What kind of oil is used to melt iron? Please inform us.👍👍
at 21:40 bro. you shour have a mask it´s dangerous for your health!! Massive respect, massive!!
The process itself is well worth watching but the volume they turn out is unreal. They make enough cabinet handles each week to remodel every kitchen in America.
Guys! I enjoy watching these videos, yet I question if the employer cares about his worker’s safety! No steeltoe shoes, goggles, gloves. WTH. This is inhumane
These videos are in a country's that don't have safety regulations like the USA
Very impressive! There in, I think it's Pakistan, a lot of things are made that way. Fascinating to watch. From an occupational safety point of view, this is of course a nightmare. Powder coating without a mask and ironing with bare hands and in rubber shoes? I hope the guys know what they are doing and that nothing goes wrong. In any case, they have my deep admiration and my absolute respect.
the guy who does powder coating, his lungs must be full of gray powder
They're working at times with some fairly heavy materials, it is amazing that they seem to have all of their toes!
Truly! Here in Alberta, in the fifites, they used to send welders into pressure vessels with no masks or breathing apparatus. Times have changed, thank goodness.@@MichaudDaniel
@@MichaudDaniel They are a dime a dozen..Cheaper to replace them when they die in a few years than to buy expensive protection gear.
@@GtTrader67 you got that backwards. That’s how the buyers think. Those guys are only thinking about earning enough to eat. If you told any of them the consequences of not wearing a mask, they’d shrug their shoulders and keep working.
This video has so much Craftsmanship in it humbles me.
21:20 Face covered in cancer dust. It's amazing the conditions people will work in where there's no unions! Nothing but flip flops and not a pair of safety glasses in the whole damn building!
Does all of that fresh metal come from the ship scrapping process?
These videos graphically highlight the complete disregard the company owners have for the health and safety of their workforce. Perhaps that's why all the workers show a complete indifference to the quality of the parts they make. Components are thrown about onto the floor without the slightest care for quality. Look at the face and body of the worker doing the powder coating at 20:20, it's a miracle he can even breathe, his life expectancy is going to be short.
Amazing 🎉
Thanks 😄
Thank you very much ❤❤
Respect to all these people working in such conditions, with awesome skills, I hope they get rewarded with a just salary.
This is truly amazing . When SHTF these guys will own the world . The skill level is shocking . These guys can make anything with very little . That chest was beautiful . The fit was perfect . That's skill . I have a lot of respect for your craftsmanship .
Well said
They never wearing any protection equipment for such job ?😮
soon amerioca will need some production tips because this kind of manufacturing is in there future if there is one for them

Another OSHA success story.
The old, I will put it on the floor here so you can pick it up, methode.. nice!
So there is zero chance that the uncontained spinning mould will not just take off and shower everyone in molten metal, and flip flops.
I noticed many of them standing together around a corner hiding once the pouring job was done and it spun out.
OSHA isn't exactly standing outside with a clipboard. They work with what they have. I would imagine that's what it was like here in the US a couple hundred years ago.
No chance. Zero. Zip.

Got to hand it to these guys. They are so proud that it takes 40 of them to make a box of matches. Just kidding, (it takes 50). Why automate when there are billions of mindless, uneducated drones to choose from for boring, repetitive tasks, and who cost less to run than a machine would.
I have often wondered what a fab shop would be like without osha
You know its total work at your own risk. Its why its soo cheap over there. No regulations.
@@neverdemagain6043 Too many people think it's different here that's why american workers die so often. It's always work at your own risk. If I just trusted everything was safe myself and about 20 others would be in the ground from just one person who didn't follow the rule to shutoff argon when you leave a confined space

At 20:45 minutes, the health of the powder painter concerns me.😢
Τhe............... "burned toes" factory!!
The last guy was amazing.
I am satisfying watch it, but their hard work and protection are nothing 😢 good video and pointed out every little detail
"table" invention will be the game changer...
