Ingredients Homemade Ice Cream ke:
Cream - 1 cup (whipping / amul)
Sugar Powder - ½ cup (1 cup agar amul cream use)
Doodh - ½ cup
MilkMaid MithaiMate - ½ cup
Aam ka Puree - 2 cup (1 cup agar amul cream use)

I made this ice-cream with Malai instead of fresh cream..
Only additional step is that after setting it in freezer for 8 hrs, I blended it in mixer again to get smooth, fine consistency..
Taste-wise, it was awesome ❤️👍
Actually my icecream consistency is not as thick & creamy as in the video... I have kept it in d freezer now.. I am also thinking to blend it after 8 hrs... I hope the final result will have smooth n creamy consistency

@@Shashank125. yes. But as icecream has milk & cream expect little lesser than just just mango pulp. But if you increase mango pulp consistency I think you will get it.
