Wow. This made me cry Andrew. Been watching you from the beginning (I still go back and watch old vids), you’re the reason I joined Orangetheory. I hope you realize the impact you have on people. I’m genuinely so happy for you. I lost my mom this past Summer and haven’t been myself for a long while. This video gives me so much hope. Maybe my wave is just around the corner. Good work my friend. ❤
I'm so sorry to hear about your mother.. I didn't know her of course, but I'd bet she'd want you to THRIVE this year! ❤️ Thank you for watching for sending me these kind words- it means a lot to me!
So glad to see you looking and feeling so well. You were an inspiration when I joined Orangetheory nine years ago. My husband died in August 2023, and although I never quit going -- I'm about to hit my 900th class -- I let myself eat sweets and gain back the 20 pounds I initially lost my first year at OTF. 2025 is my year to lose that again, and I plan to keep it off. At age 65 -- 66 in February 2025 -- I still think the best me is yet to be. Thanks for being so brave and transparent. Wishing you the best!
I'm so sorry to read about the loss of your husband, my friend.. I commend you for sticking with your routine with OTF- I hope you're proud of yourself for that because that isn't easy at all when grieving. Happy early birthday to you and I agree with you that the BEST is YET TO COME! ❤️
Wow, what an amazing fitness journey! I got really fit in 2018 (lost over 50 lbs) and gained all the weight back by the end of 2022. Now, I’m 10 pounds heavier than I was when I first started my fitness journey. I’m going to make 2025 the year I become fit again. Thanks for creating the documentary! It was inspiring!
I know that feeling all too well... but I had a great coach tell me at the top of 2024 that the bigger the setback... the bigger the COMEBACK! And boy was that true. 👊🏻 Rooting for you!
As a former overeater and fellow gym rat, I applaud your determination and diligence in your fitness journey. You definitely are an inspiration Andrew. May you and your wife Leslie have a Healthy, Prosperous New Year. God bless you!
We stared OTF around the same time. I watched all of your videos and you (and Coach Vinny) inspired me to keep going when I really didn’t want to. Fast forward to now and I’m the head coach at my home studio. Your story is inspiring, your journey is inspiring. Thank you for sharing it with all of us 🤍
Living near parallel journeys. I found you when I was crushing it at CrossFit, my depression got bad, I stopped everything, gained weight, the pandemmy, and am now back in it. You’re ahead of me but near parallel. Appreciate you.
Wow, this documentary made me realize just how long I've been following your journey. I was just thinking about you a couple of days ago and wondering how things were going for you. Glad to see this.
Andrew, wow! I was crying especially at the end! Look at you! So impressive and so proud of you and your journey of the infinite wave. Your UA-cam channel and Fat Tuesday Fam both have truly helped me with my OTF journey as well. And yes, I have been riding my infinite wave since August of 2020, when I started my OTF journey! 🧡
6:12 Still LOVE Lululemon from the shirts I bought in the beginning of my Fitness Journey and also still wear the the gear they gifted me. What a feeling that is to have someone see something in you and gift you super expensive (but well worth it) clothing. Enjoying this Andrew.
Andrew! Wow! Just WOW! Your accomplishment is huge. This documentary has me reflecting, laughing (because you just keep things real) but at minute 30 I just started cry and didn’t stop till the end because I relate to you 100%. I’m 45 years old, mom of 3 precious ones, and 70lbs over my fitness weight. I’m in the mindset of “it’s too late for me.” Today you encouraged me to keep on trying.
I'm rooting for you, my friend! 👊🏻 KEEP GOING! Also this comment is exactly why I created this documentary in the first place. The message of "it's not too late" was the goal and I'm thrilled that it resonated with you.
This sounds a lot like my story. In my 40s I lost a lot of weight going to OTF and eating healthy. My addiction to fast food came back. I gained all of my weight plus more.now in my 50’s with aches in my joints but determined to not give up! Andrew you’re adorable at all sizes! Congratulations!
I am so proud of you, BRO, for the work you have continued to put in, for not giving up on yourself, and for creating one hell of a documentary here. I didn't get a chance to watch this last night as I had intended. My father-in-law had unplanned open-heart bypass surgery yesterday (Thank God, it was a success for him), and so this hits even closer to home watching this great video today. You did so much here for your heart, body, and your future. Happy to be on this Journey with you and so many others, even if OTF is no longer my home. OTF has changed many lives, and yes, you cannot outrun a bad diet. Cheers to that reality, even if it sucks at times. 43:29, I made the final edit. 🔥🙏 Woot Woot.
This is the motivation I need to get back in the game after being out of it for so long. Seeing myself from back in the day in the Maple Valley and Mercer Island FTF workouts makes me want that feeling again. I have been stuck on my excuses for far too long. Much love friend 💪💪💪
Man your journey mirrors mine in so many ways. I feel like I was almost watching a documentary about myself. I am so hooked on OTF and making this the final time I lose the 50-60 pounds. This was thoroughly enjoyable and inspiring. Thank you for sharing and congratulations on your perseverance!
I love this documentary, Andrew! I've been watching you since 2019. I fell off OTF in 2023 - I looked, my last class was May 2023. You've inspired me to return. I love my spin bike, but it doesn't measure up the weights/rower/coaching at OTF. Thank you for posting this for the New Year.
Just finished this. It brought me to tears! I’ve been following you since 2018 ish and wow. What an inspiring story. Anyone who has been through weight issues know what it feels like to lose weight and feel amazing…. then to gain it back and feel like shit and pretty much hate yourself. I’m so proud of you! Keep up all the amazing work. I believe in you and so happy you have such a supportive opener in Leslie. You 2 are perfect for each other. Bravo Andrew!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
You had me laughing, crying, grinning from ear to ear while crying! THANK YOU for sharing your journey with all of us and allowing us to be a part of it. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I am so so proud of you, my friend! You have grown so much and this documentary is such a huge accomplishment. Congratulations! 🍾 You are such an inspiration to myself and others. You have always been so real and relatable, and that’s why everyone loves you. I really appreciate you being so open about your mental health struggles. So many of us are struggling along with you. I’m proud to say that I am a part of the OG fat Tuesday family. Cheers, and here is to an amazing 2025 and to continued growth and progress! 🎉😊💪🏼💕 P.S. thanks for the little cameo.👍😊
Evita, you have been such a wonderful friend to me for YEARS now. When I think of the FTF you will always come to my mind. I cannot thank you enough actually for all the love you've shown me. ❤️ I hope this year is everything and MORE for you, my friend!
Amazing story. So happy that you’ve found something that works and is sustainable for you. Your story almost mirrors mine as the food and amount matters. Thank you for your story!
This is so encouraging. Ive been through a similar journey but i didnt try as hard as you. I started blaming illness and medication. To he honest i still feel lost everything. I know I cannot afford otf anymore. Its not even about prioritizing health, i literally cannot come up with the money I don't have. Hopefully i can find my wave soon and stick to something long enough to see progress.
Andrew! I was so excited to see this video and your transformation (especially mentally!) I’m so inspired. I’m a 41 year old mom of 3 from the Midwest. I found your videos in November and you gave me the confidence to go try Orangetheory. I’m really overweight and really out of shape put orangetheory is just what I’ve needed. I’m 24 classes in and feel myself getting stronger. THANK YOU!
Good grief, Andrew. I've followed you from afar for years now, and this really hooked me. You are such an inspiration. I share similar mental health and personality traits, and have struggled with consistency in my physical and mental health journeys. This really drives home for me that it's doable. So proud of you!
As a OTF coach who has been there and had to lose the weight too (yay baby weight) this was inspirational for me to go out there and work even harder to help our members. Thank you for posting something so vulnerable to inspire us all 🧡
oh hey, I made it in from the Issaquah vlog! 🤍🤍 we were stationed next to each other that day, I’ve been a fan from the beginning and have had my own struggles with weight, losing, regaining, losing again… but I’m also currently down 55lb! your journey has been inspiring and I appreciate that you let us follow along through it all. loved the doc!
Andrew, you’re such an inspiration to me! I loved seeing your journey the last few years and the documentary was great. I do wish you had talked a little more about the role of nutrition and food tracking in your journey. As someone who has worked out almost daily for over 60 years (😳), I know that what I consume has more to do with my weight than working out. Keep up the good work!! ❤
Andrew thank you for this. As a girl who started watching your videos from beginning when she was trying to find a workout for new life post grad the last year has felt so difficult at otf and gotten me down. This message about the journey not being linear and the realness of all the clips is exactly what I needed for this year. Time to make this year the best one yet!
I’ve been so excited to watch this - literally popped some popcorn and put it up on the big TV! Truly so well done, you are a gifted storyteller Andrew. Thank you for vulnerably sharing your journey and inspiring us for literally years!!
This came at the perfect time for me. I started orangetheory in 2018 after watching your videos and had a very similar journey to you fell off for a while and now I’m back this year!
I’ve watched you from the beginning. I am so so proud of you! I can’t even express how happy watching this made me. So many times I’ve wanted to jump through the screen and give you a hug. Your realness is so inspiring. Thank you for making this. Good luck in 2025 and please check in with us!
So many happy tears! Andrew this is just the best thing I could have watched this morning. I am genuinely thrilled for you and just so invested in your journey.
Fellow OTFer here … have followed your journey for a while! Thanks for always keeping on and motivating others! You never gave up, no matter what - and are an inspiration to who knows how many!
This is just what I needed to start 2025! This was sooooo beautiful! I was crying and smiling at the end just soooooooooo proud of how far you've come! The genius behind documenting all of this behind the scenes is just on another level!!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful story with us and constantly inspiring us!!! I am soooooo ready to take on 2025 and give it my all now!!! Thank you Andrew!!!❤❤❤
Hi Andrew!! I have been following you since 2018, when I first joined OTF and was looking for youtube vlogs/reviews about it. I have been following you on-and-off through the years. I recently hit the highest weight that I''ve ever been and decided to rejoin OTF (I quit during the pandemic). It just so happen to be around the same time you released this documentary. I can't help but feel like it's a sign. I am motivated to get back to my old self and feeling better overall about my health. Thank you so much for making this video and documenting all your struggles and triumphs throughout the years.
I’ve been following your journey since the beginning!! This is art!!! You’re so inspiring. Please keep creating - there are so many of us rooting for you!!
I LOVE this documentary. You encouraged me to keep going in my crossfit journey. Thank you! Sidenote: I've done Orange Theory as well. The workouts are awesome!
You and your journey is such an inspiration. It’s refreshing to see a raw and real fitness journey a lot of people (including myself) are on and can relate to. I will be watching this again in times of needing a boost. Thank you!
This is just what I needed to watch today! You were the reason I joined OTF in 2019 after stumbling upon your videos and I have had such a similar journey with OTF and my weight that you have. This video gives me so much hope for the new year! Thank you!
Thank you! This is exactly the motivation I need right now. I took three months off from OTF and had my first class back last week. I absolutely destroyed myself and could barely walk the next two days. I've been intimidated to go back again, but after watching this, I just signed up for another class later today! One step at a time.
You are so inspirational, Andrew! I have been following you since your start. You inspired me to start doing Orange Theory and I think that now, after 2 babies, you just inspired me to get back on track. I can. I will. Thanks.
I’m so happy you’re doing well! 🥰 You also have a bigger sense of confidence and self assurance compared to the first transformation. Thank you so much for sharing your story and I wish you all the best in 2025! ❤
Fantastic doc!! So proud of you and all you’ve accomplished. This is a wonderful inspirational story. I’m happy to say I’m still with OTF and never leaving. It truly changed my life and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. Your early videos definitely played a part in my journey. Happy new year!! 🎉
This was a tearjerker in such a great way 🥹. I love it Andrew! It’s been a pleasure to be a part of this #FTF since 2018 and follow your journey since then!🧡🍊 Thank you for your vulnerability and transparency. This has renewed my own sense of hope in myself for this year 🥲
This is so good! It’s 230 am and I should be sleeping and I told myself 10 minutes ago I’d stop and go to sleep and finish this in the morning, but I’m still here!
🥹😭amazing Documentary! So unbelievably happy for you. It has been inspiring to watch you all these years. Everything thing you’ve gone through is everything I am going through loosing my dad in 2019 followed by the pandemic. This was truly inspiring. Going to keep going until i find my wave 🌊!!!
I’ve followed you for years! I, too, have a long history of ups & downs. I’m happy you caught the “wave”! You are an inspiration! I got next! Thank you, ❤️!
Thank you. A million times thank you. Your story is my story. 12/2017 my OTF journey started. 12/2024 at my highest. This October I turn 50, not better year to find my infinite wave. I know the waves will come crashing over me, but I promise to continue climbing back up on my board, paddling out, and riding the wave. Living. Every. Moment. You continue to inspire and we cannot thank you enough! 🧡👊🏼
I've been following since 2017 and you were an inspiration then as you are now. I've been on this roller coaster and I love it all through the ups and downs. And every single time you were in the valley, you overcame it. Continue working. It is a process. ENJOY IT! Smile!
This was so inspiring to watch Andrew. I did not know you were in San Diego. If you ever come to the Encinitas Orangetheory I would love to meet you. I take the 710 class Monday through Friday. Orangetheory has been a great part of my health journey and thank God it’s literally three minutes from my house. ❤
I started otf about the same time you did and followed you on instagram. Stopped otf shortly after covid. Had a lot of loss in life during these few years and depression and now weigh more than before. Your video and come back hit me with some inspiration. Now thinking it time to start taking care of myself again. Thanks
I KNEW IT! Been following since your first Orange Theory video and I just knew you were going to crush it! Your positivity is contagious now and we love to see it! Way to ride that infinite wave 💪🏋️♀️
I came across your YT page when I was first researching about OTF back in 2017. Your journey, transparency, and radiance has been so helpful and awe inspiring, especially since I also felt like I had nobody to take the challenge with me and help keep me accountable. Thank you again for your time and reflection, it's time that I also get back on the saddle and make more consistent and sustainable changes to my own journey👏🏿🧡
Very inspiring! I'm working on my health journey after gaining weight and being inactive. It's really helped me to work with my doctor and a health coach. It's not going to happen overnight, but I know it can happen. Thanks for sharing your story!
I was wondering where the video went. I watched it last night such a great video because A LOT of us have so been there AND now we have Andrew COMING BACK and got IT DONE, so we now HAVE TO GET IT DONE too!!! Thank you Andrew and Happy NEW YEAR to you all.
Wow Andrew! I followed you for years and your journey has been always real and raw…love every single part of it and how authentic have you been with us. I cried at the end of this video….YOU DID IT!!!
All the happy feels! I went to OTF bright & early this morning and signed up for the transformation challenge! They’re including a nutritionist element this time around! LFG! 👏👏👏👏 Thank you for inspiring so many!
We joined OTF around the same time and your channel was always a source of community and hype for fitness and I loved it then and love it now ❤ still on my journey but 2025 is already giving infinite wave energy 🌊 Congrats on this incredible documentary Andrew!!
So proud of how far you've come Andrew!! Your story is amazing and your documentary and videography skills as well! Keep being you and inspiring others!!
I’ve been following your journey from Seattle Day 1 to today - silently cheering you on. What a great documentary, Andrew! I knew you could do it. I am on my infinite wave as well. Weight lifting is my passion 😂❤ Never stop riding. Never stop filming. Your rock. Thank you for all the inspiration.
This was really cool to watch! Strength is such a rewarding thing to pursue after years of trying to cardio oneself toward fitness. Great work, keep up the lifting!
Congratulations Andrew!! So many of us see ourselves in you - the wins, the backsliding, having to find motivation all over again. It’s great to see a success story like yours. Keep it up!
This is amazing. Everything about this is so inspiring…I am SO PROUD of you for not quitting. What an amazing journey you’ve been on -the highs and the lows and you never gave up. 🧡
Completely sobbing at how truly amazing this story is! I have been a #fattuesday fan since you started and I am so proud of you Andrew! Thank you for this massive inspiration at this perfect time. Happy new year!!!
Thanks, man! I used the Lifesum app. I put in my info and goal and it told me what my deficit number was. My diet was anything I wanted, but I stopped when I ran out of my allotment for the day. I also tracked EVERYTHING down to condiments.
Thank you for sharing the journey! I have been watching your videos since I first joined OTF in 2019. And it means so much that you share the highs and lows. Things have been challenging in the past couple of years for myself, and I definitely have been grieving a lot too. Thank you for reminding us to never give up or lose hope. I’m welcoming the new year with an open heart and loving kindness 💖
I loved this SO MUCH. Thank you, truly, for putting out content all these years. This is so relatable and I literally wrote out what you said on a sticky as a promise to myself: “I will not let my body absorb the blows of life”. I do feel inspired and thankful I came across your channel back in 2018 when I also started going to orange theory for the first time!
“Yes, I did have a Peloton phase. No, I will not be elaborating.” 😂
I’m so curious about this!
@@AndrewColemanSmith Would love more vlogs in 2025 if you are up to it and seeing your progress, OTF benchmark vlogs, etc. You are so inspiring!!!!
I remember wanting to join orange theory after your first major video showing your progress. This is actually making me want to commit fully
Wow... this comment ❤️ Thank you so so much for these heartwarming words. Happy new year!!!
Thank you for sharing your story with us…Our health is a lifestyle and when we find that positive change we realize how much better life is🧡
CONGRATULATIONS on your progress and thank you for sharing your journey with us 🧡
Hoping we may see more OTF vlogs/content in 2025
I’ve been following your journey since the beginning!!
Thank you!
This comment made my day. That's exactly what I was hoping this doc could be for people! ❤️
Watching this made me renew my membership. Thank-you ❤
I love this!! 🧡
I can. I will. Thanks.
YOU WILL! YES!!
This was worth all 44 minutes!! 🎉🎉🎉
Well done Andrew!!
TY so much! 🥹

I’m so happy you’re doing well! 🥰 You also have a bigger sense of confidence and self assurance compared to the first transformation. Thank you so much for sharing your story and I wish you all the best in 2025! ❤
Thank you SO much! And yes, this time around I'm making sure to appreciate all the changes!
I ABSOLUTELY loved this. I found you in 2019. I was my fittest then and I'm trying and trying to get back there. Thank you for sharing!
This was a tearjerker in such a great way 🥹. I love it Andrew!
It’s been a pleasure to be a part of this #FTF since 2018 and follow your journey since then!🧡🍊
Thank you for your vulnerability and transparency. This has renewed my own sense of hope in myself for this year 🥲
Amazing work!! You are a fighter!!!
This is so good! It’s 230 am and I should be sleeping and I told myself 10 minutes ago I’d stop and go to sleep and finish this in the morning, but I’m still here!
Haha I love this!
Congratulations Andrew! I’ve been watching you from the beginning. What a journey, you should be so proud!
Your wave is coming!! 🌊 2025 will be the year!

YES! THIS IS THE YEAR, TAMMY!!! LET'S GO! 🌊🌊🌊🌊❤️
I AM SAAAAAT. I love you, so proud of youuuuuu!!! SO inspiring!
Love you, friend!!!!!! Thanks for watching!! Your encouragement to make long-form content helped this project come to life!
I never comment . watched you since college 7 years ago. Checked last year and thought you gave up. Really good stuff man, you should be very proud.
Thanks, Austin! I appreciate this comment a lot. 👊🏻
I've been following since 2017 and you were an inspiration then as you are now. I've been on this roller coaster and I love it all through the ups and downs. And every single time you were in the valley, you overcame it. Continue working. It is a process. ENJOY IT! Smile!
Thank you, friend for supporting me all these years- even through the dark times!
So proud of you Andrew! This documentary is assume! 😊
Thank you so so much, friend!!! 🙏🏼
So happy for you, Andrew! The Covid workout shot brought back memories. Thanks for always being an inspiration.
Hopefully not too late to the party, but I love this documentary Andrew 🧡 Lucky to know ya, lucky to be a small part of your journey!! So proud.
NEVER too late, Molly! ☺️ Miss you!!
Andrew this is amazing!!
I'm just starting to watch the video, but I wanted to comment right away! It's wonderful to see you back! Very exciting.
Ah! Thanks man!!
I started otf about the same time you did and followed you on instagram. Stopped otf shortly after covid. Had a lot of loss in life during these few years and depression and now weigh more than before.
Your video and come back hit me with some inspiration. Now thinking it time to start taking care of myself again. Thanks
It's time, my friend. ❤️
I KNEW IT! Been following since your first Orange Theory video and I just knew you were going to crush it! Your positivity is contagious now and we love to see it! Way to ride that infinite wave 💪🏋️♀️
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I came across your YT page when I was first researching about OTF back in 2017. Your journey, transparency, and radiance has been so helpful and awe inspiring, especially since I also felt like I had nobody to take the challenge with me and help keep me accountable. Thank you again for your time and reflection, it's time that I also get back on the saddle and make more consistent and sustainable changes to my own journey👏🏿🧡
Yes! Let's go!!!
I love the authenticity of your story. And the before and after photos are pretty badass. Nice work! 💪
I’ve been watching you for years, on and off as you’ve come across my UA-cam. Super proud of your journey and success!

Very inspiring! I'm working on my health journey after gaining weight and being inactive. It's really helped me to work with my doctor and a health coach. It's not going to happen overnight, but I know it can happen. Thanks for sharing your story!
What a video and such a dope edit EXACTLY what I needed!!!❤
Thank you!! And thanks for watching too!

So proud of you Andrew! What an amazing documentary. I wish we would see more of you on UA-cam these days but either way you are so inspiring
We joined OTF around the same time and your channel was always a source of community and hype for fitness and I loved it then and love it now ❤ still on my journey but 2025 is already giving infinite wave energy 🌊
Congrats on this incredible documentary Andrew!!
2025 is the year of the WAVE! 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊

Thank you for always being here for me and supporting my journey over the years! ❤️😭
Thank you, friend!! 😭😭😭 Proud of you for all you're accomplishing with your photography!
Completely sobbing at how truly amazing this story is! I have been a #fattuesday fan since you started and I am so proud of you Andrew! Thank you for this massive inspiration at this perfect time. Happy new year!!!
Ah! Thank youuu!!! 😭🙏🏼
Congrats from K-town, buddy!
Would love to have some info about your general diet/apps used.
Thanks, man! I used the Lifesum app. I put in my info and goal and it told me what my deficit number was. My diet was anything I wanted, but I stopped when I ran out of my allotment for the day. I also tracked EVERYTHING down to condiments.
This is amazing. Absolutely incredibly. KEEEEP THAT WAVE GOING. See you in class 💪🏼🧡
Thank you, coach!!! See you soon! 💪🏼🧡
I'm wishing you an amazing year, my friend! ❤️ Rooting for you!
Yeah! I've watched you since 2018! Very proud of you. Congratulations :-).
I love this, Michelle!!! 🧡
