    The amount of gas lighting with this illness is insane! Iv stopped telling people how I’m feeling now, fed up of the rolling eyes and ‘ are you sure this isn’t in your head’ 🙄
    I got the bullseye rash ten years ago. Fast forward to now, my symptoms are awful! Currently being tested for ms! I know it’s not that but in the uk, no one wants to acknowledge Lyme!

    my older sister has had Lyme for 6 years now and whenever I tell people that they are like oh that isn't that bad. but your 100% right when you say it's real stuff that sucks and causes a lot of other health issues. thanks for sharing your story!

    Thanks for sharing man! We need more men in the Lyme community to share their stories. Too few of us talk about it. I hope you are doing well now! It's been 14 years now for me.

    Man, thank you for posting. Dealing with an unbelievably similar chronic Lyme journey. I feel like we're in the damn medieval ages, I don't need sympathy, just a pragmatic understanding that it's tough to participate in life. Absolutely brutal. Keep it up, great vids.

      Also: going to check out your strength training vids. Every time I attempt a workout, I usually pay with a couple days of lyme kickback. I used to love working out, hopeful to get some tips.

      Now I'm thinking I should check my testosterone levels. My girlfriend's 70 year old father does circles around me energy wise. I usually can't wake up fully until around 10/11 am. Wtf does one do with that?? .... sorry to be annoying, just stoked about your content. Thanks a lot.

      Arg, sorry, one more thing. I was prescribed pot from a CT LLMD. I havent drank or smoked in many years, like you, I was never a drug guy. Never a big drinker. But I tried his pot prescription for a while. It helped in the short run.... I love it. Took away almost every symptom for a beautifully depression-free evening.... then again, I would be feeling good, but also stoned, so that had its own challenges. I'm currently trying to go a few months without.... I just got so worried it was making things worse. Hear different things from different docs, nice and confusing. Have you noticed differences being on and off of that? Would love to know. I go a month on, a month off. I'm trying three months off, currently at one month. Just want to make sure its not holding my immune system back. Thanks.

    Lyme swings your hormones up and down. Three years sick. Nobody I know understands the all out suffering and expense of meds then supplements. Went back to work but it has been very tough and now feeling like I am relapsing. Once we have it chronically I think it is for life. I have to work tomorrow and I can’t get off the couch.

    Thanks for sharing. I have family going through this and this is some good insight into what they are and will experience. John Hopkins does not recognize this as a disease. So getting treatment for this is challenging and expensive in their state.

    I started having muscle/joint issues and the wicked anxiety, along with tinnitus and a handful of other symptoms. Been trying to figure it out all year. My first trip to my primary I don't think they took me seriously because they ordered the lamest round of bloodwork that turned up nothing. Sent me to a neurologist for the anxiety and was diagnosed bipolar within ten minutes, ordered a brain MRI and EEG and tried getting me on really heavy antipsychotic meds. Spent the next few months seeing a chiropractor. Finally after eight months with no improvement I went to a local guy who people swear by, does herbal stuff, and he said it's Lyme. Immediately went back to my primary and saw a new doc with my laundry list of symptoms and he ordered tons of bloodwork. Came back, testosterone level of 20. Twenty! One year ago I was around 660. Still waiting on the results from the Lyme panel. Trying not to think too far ahead on this but planning my next moves, seems I've probably had Lyme for quite some time now. Honestly when I think back I feel like I've had it my whole dang life. Thanks for sharing your story man it's always nice to know that we're not alone in our struggles.

    For a year and a half I have been having the spells of pressure in my head, swimmy feeling, fatigue, muscles fatigue easier. I can feel my health declining. I have been to a dozen doctors and had test of every kind. I have went to the ER 5 times having a panic attack. I’ve never had anxiety. Still no answers. It’s debilitated me as far as doing things with my family and other things I like to do. It fucking sucks. It is really draining me. I am a avid hunter so I think I may go get tested for Lyme disease after your video.

    I also did HCG and enclomephine and Only my total went up. My free testosterone was basically nothing still. So I started TRT. Lyme wrecked my hormones and I didn’t actually realize until I was finally diagnosed with Lyme.

    It so encouraging to hear that you were working out through all of this tragedy. I got bit by a deer tick today so I'm in panic mode trying to get ahead of a potential infection. Sadly my biggest concern is losing gains atm... dumb I know but your video helped me a lot. Thank you for sharing your story ❤

    I just got diagnosed with Lyme and waiting for the results of other possible coinfections. I was wondering if you were taking multiple antibiotics at the same time for treating.
    Right now I am only on doxy 200mg daily but heard that some people get out on multiple at the same time.

      Why

    • @concernedcitizen780
      @concernedcitizen780 7 місяців тому +2

      Because the CDC say no other testing is needed the insurance companies will not pay for further testing. No one wants to develop a test and not get paid for it. The standard test can miss a lot of patients with Lyme disease.
