    The dosage of the recipe below is the conversion of a 15-16 cm diameter pan, from the original viral wool roll recipe that uses a 20 cm pan with 300 grams of flour.
    Recipe:
    40 grams of water slightly warm

    230 grams of High Protein Flour

    For filling, I use regular cheddar cheese which is cut into cubes, if you want to melt, use quick melt cheese (the filling is according to taste, I also try using chocolate chips, it tastes better because the bread dough is not too sweet)
    LATEST TRIAL: The final fermentation before steaming takes approximately 90-120 minutes with the amount of yeast according to the recipe, it turns out that the result is softer, mbuuuuttt ... even without eggs👍 (really not in vain to wait long 😄, because 60 minutes is appropriate the original recipe turns out to be lacking) or adjust the room temperature of each core until it expands 2x
    If the dough is sticky to your hands, never add flour, continue to knead gently by hand until the color of the dough is lighter and the gluten is lighter (a slightly sticky dough will tend to easily become dough if kneaded by hand without exerting a lot of internal energy
    Steam over medium heat for 25-30 minutes
