Good work, the house is looking so much better! I have done many renovations and I like to clean the walls with TSP (trisodium phosphate) before painting. It is really good at removing dirt/grease etc before painting. You have a great attitude/work ethic.

Being a landlord has surprises sometimes good sometimes bad We sold our rental properties this year if I would have not sold them I would have a property manager managed them keep up the good work ❤ your young and alot of Energy
