@@gordonduff5895 Can you believe that Judge Newman didn't know what AM meant when he used the first few words of that adage as an answer to a question during the trial? He asked him what he meant at the sentencing. I was shocked but I was also surprised that Alex couldn't seem to come up with it 'in full' himself.
Thank you for posting these trial videos. IMHO...the pink ticker, that's continuously moving across the bottom of the screen, is very distracting. You may want to remove it from future videos 🙂
Sir David Owen's! What great testimony, what a stout voice, how very ghorough God Bless you Sir David Owens! I can't imagine the lawyer Alec brought with him _ challenging you : " YOU MEAN HIS NOT A SUSPECT"? WHAT A NERVE!!!
@@raynahtauro7970 You guys seem to forget that a lot less 'was known' (or at least, let on that it was known) at the time of this interview. Those were appropriate questions. In fact, Alex should have listened to that guy and had his lawyers there. Innocent or guilty, suspect or not doesn't mean you have to be careless or stupid. Alex was both.
His fake crying tells it all. Zoom in on his face at any given time when he breaks down, there is not one tear, just a lot of sniffing, and the eyes….the eyes are of a true sociopath that’s gotten everything he wanted his whole life.
Alex just doesn't seem bright. I mean, he's right about the car's and key card data being more reliable than he or Randy or any human is going to ever be when it comes to nailing down 'time' so just tell the detective to wait on all that and give 'em approximates in the meantime. I can tell you almost precisely what time it is without looking at a clock but I would be off every time if I were to guess how long something took me to do or how much time passed in between menial events in my life so ~ go figure. Anyway, he should realize the detective is merely fishing here to get him to change his story multiple times (to show later at a trial, ahem ~ "anything you say can and will be used against you"...) or catch him in some snafu. I guess being a civil attorney instead of a criminal one, he's not up to speed on police tactics, but this really surprised me both during the investigation and throughout the trial. Word of advice: don't ever try to guess time whether you're being investigated or winning a million dollars is balancing on your answer.
He was there while those murders were commited, he participated in this crime, whether he actually pulled those triggers, is anybodies guess. He is where he belongs, even IF he was the accomplice. "IF". It is highly probable he was the murderer. There isnt even a reasonable doubt.
I think Corey Fleming knew what happened all along and wanted to be Alex’s lawyer here because he selfishly knew that if Alex was found out, Corey’s own conspiring financial crimes would be as well. We are looking at 2 desperate deceitful men.
I believe Paul found his mother in a lower shed making out with CB Rowe and Maggie started running and Paul with busters 300 blackout chased her up the hill to the kennels and one last shot up her butt came out her head and she died. CB Rowe was mad that Paul had killed Maggie so he went to his pickup and got his shotgun and shot Paul. Alex’s lawyers knew about the affair. No one tested gunshot residue on the front of Maggie’s or Paul’s clothing. I think cb Rowe should have been on the witness stand. I don’t believe Alex killed Maggie and Paul.
thanks for the video.
