I will be buying the book today. Much of everything you said I can relate to. One week after my covid infection, I was stuck in fight or flight and couldn't understand what was going on. I beleive everything that Long Covid gives is from the vagus nerve. Once your stuck in fight or flight the MCAS stuff starts going crazy. I know this for a fact because times before in my life of intense stress, I was having bad allergies. But times when my body was at peace I would not have any. This truly is just the vagus nerve that has stopped functioning correctly. Its difficult to get that through for most people. Even if you need to take a beta blocker for a short period of time to make you realize that nothing Is wrong and to calm down while doing ply vagal therapy its worth it. The fight or flight response is so intense, it will make you think differently and act differently. Having a bit of relief can give you the mind set that you can and will get better. Also the brain will play tricks on you when your stuck in this state. It will tell you that you won't get better and you will be stuck in this endless cycle. Remove all stress from your life, remove people that cause stress, and begin to heal.

You said you have recovered %95. What is the %5 percent? Some kind of symptom?

How much overlap is there between Long COVID and vaccine side effects? A lot of people seem to have the same symptoms but only had jabs, not the illness

Yup sadly. I would say it’s the same illness. Long covid as an umbrella includes vax injury. Or if you want to be long winded you can just call it all Spike Protein Induced Illness.

Please can you tell me if the book is for those of us with long term CFS too? Thank you x

It is specifically written for people with Long Covid (because we didn’t have that book and needed it urgently) but if you can tolerate reading the word “long covid” repeatedly people with ME/CFS will definitely get a great deal from it!

I have had long Covid since may of 2021. Much if not all of what you express in this video is relatable if not spot on. It is with some synchronicity the Merogenomics YT material has also appeared. He is a quite accomplished Microbiologist working with the effects of Covid and also believes vagus nerve therapy to be quite beneficial and has begun to focus increasing amounts of research in this area.

It’s definitely on my wish list! It does take a LOT of energy to read an entire book and record it well. Also not much talked about but quite expensive. But when I have the available resources it will definitely happen!
