Thanks for always being real. Your channel is such an encouragement! Can you share what exercise channel or program your kids use in the morning? Thanks!!
We absolutely push math for last if we can 😬 my oldest and myself do not enjoy it but I try to make it as fun as we can. As far as other things, our buffer is I push our chapter book read aloud and do our unit study books instead. 😅
Corrections! When do you fit this in. I heard something about a once a week meeting, but if I let my kids’ math go for more than a day, it will snowball into a week behind in new math because we are catching up on old corrections. I have 7, age 12 down to 8mo.
Yes thanks for asking. I am hands on every day with the 3 who are 11 and under. With my 3 teens and preteens I check in for a long review once a week but I also keep tabs on things throughout the week and if they need me I work with them after our official school day is done. One thing that makes that possible though is having teaching textbooks for math though bc it grades everything for me and emails me every day to tell me how they are doing so if I see them struggling I can ask.
Okay this was very helpful! I’m so nervous as I’m reading so many “PAL is so time consuming” etc etc. I know I just need to see if it works for us and if I’m combining my girls, then it might just be worth it. But about how long does your LA lesson take? (It looked like you have 3 kiddos as well on Pal) also thank you for answering all my questions 😂 I’ve been blowing you up.
We did PAL, math, journal time, reading a picture book, breaks, Bible, and a few exercises all in 2 hours a day you can see what our schedule looked like in this video ua-cam.com/video/i1Nbs3zMtpQ/v-deo.htmlsi=mj_jOKtbea-4777k
Is there a way to share the UA-cam playlists you have made? Looking for ideas. I have 2, 8, 10 yr olds but my older two are both autistic and have a lot of other special needs.
Unfortunately with youtubes rules around kids content I can't share it as a playlist BUT I just search topics I wan them to work on and add videos from @JackHartmann @Gonoodle and @NumberRocks
It’s the Dianne Craft Right Brain Reading Program. Here are several videos on it if you want to learn more ua-cam.com/play/PLubMxue0SIaHr0k5JuUH9bbV6nypWDPJG.html&si=HmAExu4LgyDuiy6C
I love the idea of bones and buffer!!! My older kids are independent but we haven’t started with it with my youngest!!!

Amen sister!! Amen 1000 times! Congrats too for opening up your Etsy shop. To God be the glory!
