It really would be too stressful and with building material and labor shortages it would be a nightmare 😕 Nobody got time for that especially a 1st time home buyer don't hate just appreciate !

Currently renovating my home, and Peach I think your best bet is to build your dream home. You can have as many bedrooms as you want, a large swimming pool, tall fence and a play ground for the kiddos! Whatever you decide, do you. Just an idea ❤😊. I plan on documenting my own project 😊

Peach I love this house. It's perfect house with no wasted space. You are so right about the configuration of the bedrooms they are way better than the house yesterday. So it's 449,000.... Think of all the extra money you would have to buy all new fancy appliances and furniture and decor
Make that money Peach!!!! You should really look into getting your real estate license. With your following you would be great for sales starting at $550’s. You’re getting just a percentage of the revenue you are sending their way
My husband and I love Florida. The prices are so good! We live in Ontario Canada and our housing cost is out of control! And we are taxed like crazy. When we have visited we would go to Cape Coral area. Unfortunately since the pandemic you need to be vaccinated to cross over so we haven’t been back in years.

I hated living in a neighborhood with hoa. They charged $500 yearly fee and fined $50 for anything out of place. Grass,mailbox, spot on your cement..etc.
Left that this year with the crazy soon to be ex husband.
Now I live in my semi truck and love it.

I love all of the awesome amenities, the great school and daycares in Waterset but the homes are definitely not appealing. I’m surprised a hospital is not in the community or near. They should also make plans to build a high school as well. I can say, Waterset offers most things a growing family needs.

Closet space, where is it? Aside from the master, the closets are average. You would think by now that builders would know to enlarge the closets, even just a little. Otherwise, I like that house, especially the upstairs landing. It's a good place for the family to hang out if you want to keep downstairs presentable. I also like how the master is to one side of the house. The builders thought of most upgrades except for increased closet space...lol. Yes, that's my pet peeve.
The only thing is you don’t have any yard space! I wouldn’t wanna live in a million dollar home and down the street or across the street is $300,000 homes! No ma’am.

Hello Ms.Peach, I know you are looking for a home, however why not just buy a piece of land and build your own home from the start and then you can always build on to your home as the children start getting older and your home could grow family wealth!!!!!!, you should just start looking for land and in a year you'll be able to be comfortable. You are always saying you want generationl Wealth well that would be the beginning for your family.

I agree, because in one of the homes I saw her liking the pantry, looked like the size of a downstairs bathroom. These homes are way expensive, and really to me not worth the money. They are asking for all this money and some of these homes are not worth it, yes I would imagine building your own home. You would be able to lay it out the way you want to. I would also think she would prefer a bigger, pantry and more closet space with bigger bedrooms just saying it’s only a thought, so yes maybe purchasing land and building your own home would be a better idea.
You can also consider having beautiful French doors instead of glass doors.
This is a nice model. This same model is $371,000 in Wesley Chapel, the community isn’t complete.

Hey Peach. So the price is 448,000. Well someone needs to speak to the builder the home is overpriced. Three bedrooms at this price should have a bathroom in each room. The fact that the builder cheap-looking bathrooms . If you gonna cut out I interior design then cut back on the price.
