I live in the same exact floor plan but my butlers pantry opens up to the dining room and we have a fire place in the living room with a window on each side. Wooden steps with black iron rails I love it. It’s so spacious. A few of our neighbors expanded their patio to make it larger. They said the contractors charged about 2k to expand it

This home is my favorite! That master bedroom is Awesome! And I love how large the loft is. The livingroom downstairs would always stay clean, for 'first impressions', because the the loft would be the family's gathering spot.
But take your time and get exactly what you want so you don't get 'buyers regrets', because once you commit. ..
