They did that at my abandoned house I visited back in Hannibal. I was able to walk right inside and found some of the things I left behind there when my family moved to Louisiana
@@coreybabcock2023 well I didn't get to go through the whole house because it was getting dark out and there was no power they got rid of the power. But I do plan on going back and Recording it. Now the place is falling apart really bad like I was in there and it's falling apart horribly but I'll try to record it for UA-cam
@@coreybabcock2023 thank you. I've actually recorded quite a bit of places but but it might be a little while before I upload them because they're all my 3DS I do want to upload them on UA-cam
How awesome that you were able to just walk right in! I would not be surprised if my local BK ends up being on the latest closure list because it is just so dead all the time! 🍔🍟💀
Where I live a McDonalds and Burger King really close to each other less than a mile. The McDs is always busier. The Burger King does get busy but not as busy. I would eat Burger King over McDs but both aren’t any good.
They probably can't get people to work for minimum wage anymore. Nobody can survive on that wage. Especially when corporate CEOs make millions while paying minimum wage. So keep closing down stores millionaires. It's your loss. Lol. 😮😮😮
We had this Burger King near my house just open it was open for 5 months and it close because it was always closed and it was always dirty and they always got your food wrong p.s love your videos keep up the good work
Good video! I am surprised that this place was left wide open! I haven't seen a play area in a Burger King in years! At least they left some food for you? 😊
7:59 I wonder if their security cameras were still in operation......that could be freaky if they were.....and the Company or someone saw you inside....
This is definitely an older location, based on the design of the building and the seating/trash cans. Very '90s looking. The Burger King where I grew up had a similar party room with a play area.
Tom's King never made it to New York State but I wouldn't be surprised if they had plans to expand into that state via Buffalo and Rochester prior to bankruptcy
The lil part in bk restraunt in the cubbies drive thru at 1st window where in a few restraunts u pay ..its called the hole for whomever is assigned to work that spot. The hole in having the assigned area when the employee is not busy and drive thru is clear throughout the shift , that particular person is responsible for dishes.. is was like that at Wendy's when I worked there as well.
theres a burger king near me that has its logo completely stripped off and reads “TEMPORALY CLOSED” on the sign... been like that for years and they couldnt even fix the spelling mistake
I almost jumped when I saw those doors open. Ours is still open and is always busy and it's a Tom's King too. Ours is one of the best Burger Kings around. It's in Salem, Ohio.
There's been a lot of Burger King closures lately. Even down here in Florida it seems like a new one is picked for closure. But it makes sense considering how slow and expensive they are as well as their piss-poor service. One of which was converted into an arcade which is kinda cool. And to top it off, it was a retro Burger King instead of the modern shoe-box design. They even repurposed the logo which is pretty cool.
looks like you were the last potential customer. and all they had were a few crappy onion rings and fries, not often you can get inside, really cool , enjoyed the video
Wow. Looks different than any burger king i have seen. Wish you would film the electric meter for me so i can see it. Not good door is not locked. Hope no one goes in and trashes the place. Great video.
Yep. Ditto I also ate there with my dad as well. The thing that ticked me off was when they tried to charge me 50 cents for ranch condiment & when I went literally a few days before they didn't charge for the same thing. I demanded my 50 cents back when I saw it on the receipt at the counter & told them they could keep the ranch condiment. I also asked why I was suddenly being charged for something that was free before & they couldn't give me a real answer except to say that was part of there new policy to charge for condiments (yet ironically no other restaurants charge for condiments at least that I am aware of). Then the person in line behind me ordered his food also got ranch condiment & they didn't charge him for it. Made me really question what they were really trying to pull... 🤦♀️ Also if we went through the drive thru we would order ranch condiments for chicken nuggets & fries & consistently have to check the bag before pulling away & still asking them at the window even though saying it on the speaker before getting to the window... 🤦♀️ I liked burger King more in the 90's as a kid when they had: the hunchback of notre dame toys & the game boy color games / toy's. Feel like it went down over the year's... 🤦♀️✌️
The one in Owensboro ky where I live out on the west outskirts side of town. The bk in that location is layed out like this abandoned one.. the former room where the play place was though is now a meeting and interview room for managers when in the distract for the bk in this town when they have corporate and staff management meetings though..
The kitchen area is disgusting, reminds me of when I worked at BK as my first job (only for a month) when I was 16. Poor management and subpar work environment for sure.
Closed on April 28th. I figured it was going to be one of the tom's bk's bought by a new group after the bankruptcy hearing and ironically it was the only one that wasnt. This location opened in 99 brand new after an older burger king had been sitting vacant on that same property since 1990. Was great at first but the last few yrs between lack of employee's, constant management changes and no upgrades to the building or parking lot caused its ultimate demise
I dunno why, but "I wouldn't trust them coloring a coloring book" absolutly killed me 😂
It’s amazing that sometimes they just leave the door wide open

Thanks for making this video, wallie I enjoy it.
A friend of mine worked there for a few years. I just read today on another Fb page I am on that Taco Bell may move into this place.

There’s 2 around my area in Ohio that abruptly closed. They e been around forever too. Possibly owned by the same franchise

Most of the burger kings in the cleveland/akron area were Tom's and have closed the few Burger kings stil left are ran by carrols
As always great video. 👍. Keep up the great work.

The coloring of the seats say 90s
I worked for a retail store that recently closed. It seems that it makes more business sense to bankrupt stores rather than keep them open!
Great Video thanks for sharing this wallie :D

Hey man, there is a Burger King in OBX that is closed for good
i would have checked the braker boxes see if maby you could fire up the lights or hood one last time
i like how when he walks in. it is just dead silent.
should have closed the freezer walk in doors so it does not burn it self out and maby the building as well
Still pristine. I wonder how long that will last.
Plenty of room for homeless people inside it. Lol
Rumor has it it's going to be a Taco Bell, which is funny because the Arbys up the street used to be a Taco Bell.
