Black water marina is in Ellesmere, Shropshire and as the boat is seen being towed past the old canal works, it’s been brought in from the Llangollen direction. Ellesmere Port is on the coast in Cheshire where the canal meets the sea.
Sad to see a good project boat like that go to be scrapped.
Contact CRT if you want a project, they have these salvage ops all the time.
It would be interesting to know the story behind this.... was it reported by someone or the owner etc??
