The Nessie, as it is, is garbage compared to the original Flag. I only use the Nessie after modifying them into slow sinking chop baits. Just chop off the straight part of the tail and "mend it" the tail fin back on.
@secretbassrigs u don't need to any of that. If u put a 1/8 th nail weight in the front or a rattle it's fire. Sinks fast and swims great with a snap. It's way better then the flag, twitch and raver. Not even a competition. This bait has a bunch of stans like magdrafts and Berkley haters. The savage gear line thru soft glide is a better bait
@@ReelKingsNQueens1 it's odd that you claim the Flag is the inferior one. Nessies are notoriously out of balance. And the powerbait plastic is 500x more rigid. The only worthy Nessie size for most, after much balancing and modifying, is the 9 inch. Glidebaits are differentiated by nuance, after they're considered worth an investment and truly studied. JDM has led the industry for a reason. They let their products do the talking instead of marketing hype for mass wholesale orders. You get what you pay for. The best way to get what you want is to make your own. Good luck
