I'm kinda surprised there's a 'new' brush hog Crush City bait. There's only 2 dozen quality similar baits on the market. My largemouth PB came at Ray Roberts on a Zoom baby brush hog in silver shad. Ain't dissin the brand whatsoever but seems like a tough market for a new production item. I'm definitely gonna drive out to the store in the near future. Appreciate the tackle and gear info. Keep it going.
@ 3:59 thatd be the crush city freeloader there bud ... also the prowler is almost a copy of the sv but then again it's not. Sb has a more bulbous back that slims down noticeably towards the but the cupped face is similar. The reason the sb shines so much is it can have the short or longer rod twitch movement to either have a tighter or wider action to keep it in the strike zone longer or walk like other topwaters but the real kicker is the "spitting" it does while it turns on itself. That's what the difference is.. very direct spit versus a wall spit that the prowler does. Not to mention the SB is just a refined different profile. If everyone's throwing a kick knocker or any standard spook on an aging topwater bite that's when I swap the SB 105/125 on and give them a different look ... even fishing behind other boaters I've cleaned up topwater fish that they picked apart right before me. Its a deadly "kinda finesse" yet has bigger sizes for more spit noise profile and drawing power.
Sorry meant to say Mooch Minnow not Freeloader but we did get a reload of Freeloaders in!
I'ma need some of that garlic Frito sauce to put on my boat jerky.
Like it I'm subscribed now love the breakdown and now I gotta bait connect if I need appreciate the content
“If you can’t do simple math” killed me

That'd be a Mooch Minnow
Looks like the Mooch Minnow - not Freeloader.
