Well that was the epitome of summer right there watching the girls eat their ice creams with sun hats and glasses on. Nick you scare me watching how adventurous you are climbing down to the wreck lol …but the funniest bit was when you thought there was a wasps nest on it haha. Fab vlog yet again. It’s getting me through my hospital stay 😘

Another lovely vlog. Man that heat looked too much. We just came off 6 days of 40+C (105+F), with a couple of those days being 43+C. It was stifling, it totally drains you and you cant do anything.

The footage from the shipwreck was pretty fascinating and most unexpected. I would have been worn out from that climb, too, I have no doubt. I was hearing a lot about that heat wave in the UK when it was happening, and though it got pretty hot here, too, we are a little more used to it.

I’ve found out today that ‘The Carpathia’ which rescued 706 passengers from the Titanic in 1912, was blown up by a German torpedo in 1942 at Lands End.

I agree with Nick, when it gets that hot it can ruin a vacation. Only children can love extreme heat and extreme cold.
The helicopter you are "not sure what its about" is an old Cornwall air ambulance, the people of Cornwall fund the life saving service and are both proud and protective of it, its saves many many lives every year x
Yeah it saved my husbands life nearly a year ago now, I think if it wasn’t for the speed they got him to Derriford that he wouldn’t be here today. So thankful for everyone who work on saving his life, fire crew, police, doctors, nurses.

Van life would have been great fun when I was in my 40s, but now in my 60s, it looks like too much work for a vacation. Enjoy watching you guys tough it out! LoL
That was neat to see 2 different views from the old ship wreckage. Nick made me nervous he was going to fall. Nice campsite. Too bad about your garlic round thing. I've done that before. I was feeling hot just watch you all being in the heat.✌️👍
Are the girls always that well behaved or is it just when the camera is rolling? I've never seen them complaining of the walking or throwing a strop. Loving van life

The heat was crazy this summer wasn’t it! We had come back from 2 weeks in Florida and it just hits different back home.. loved van life! Looking forward to your USA road trip!
Loved the look on Trevornick too!! Myself and my family done a road trip bank holiday from wales and stayed at Monkey Tree holiday park which isn’t far from where you stayed so if you go again.. definetly recommend that 😊
