Thanks for sharing the exposure about the school.what you think vignash about schooling in india.can you do extensive study on american curriculum with indian ncert or state board books.now a days i feel our curriculum undergone lots of changes ie it almost equals usa needs so that indian easily competes with American system.do we need still as usa software requirement may be over.because to my knowledge IIT only a stepstool for migration.ofcourse our pwd.,electricity board,nuclear power.,road transport all managed by engineers from state engineering colleges and of course they are doing good.non regrets .in between to cater to American software needs ,we needed english school and engineering colleges now that it all over may we will go back our tamil medium schools where we concentrate more for local needs.give a thought it.
That is very true sir, Indian school systems have come a long way, now they have become more sophisticated and training oriented. I think we have more advanced curriculum in India than USA. Only thing I feel should change is people should trust govt schools more so the standards will automatically improve. Govt school teachers are highly paid too compared to private schools

Thx. If we travel from India to USA, the grades of our kids are based on age ? Can you share grade vs age details. If we are traveling during 10th or 12th grade or in the middle of some grades any issues in getting admissions there ?
If the kid is at the pre-k or 1st or 2nd grade, they will go with the age basis. Otherwise if you take the credentials like he/ she can able to cope up with grade more than his/her age, they can admit to the grades they have been studying. There are 2 assessments conducted. One to ensure the kid is good in English, second MAP assessment in Math and English to make sure kid had enough knowledge to the grade level.
