    Really good stretches! For my hamstrings I do a half hamstring stretch I think it’s called I find that position very uncomfortable, but damn has this made a difference in my kicks compared to my usual stretch routine

      Could be that your quad and hip flexors are tight and pulling on the tendons, causing the tendon just below the knee to be pulled everytime you flex your quad which would happen in a kick

      Maybe it’s an injury you have. Maybe try letting it heal? Or you probably need to stretch before doing kicks

      Get ur knee checked with an ultrasound cos they can check your joints for inflammation cos it could be arthritis.

      After. Studies have shown when you stretch before it increases the risk of injury and decreases your performance in the activity you're warming up to do.

    - 3x5 Reps
    Lunge Variations
    - 1 Minute On Each
    Box Splits
    - 5x8 Seconds Tension
    - 30 Seconds Relax
    Seated Box Splits
    - 1/2 Minutes Each Position
    Side Splits
    - 2 Minutes Each Leg
    Altogether this will take approximately 12+ minutes

      Yes, as a soccer player I suffered from this and I regret not using both legs for both sports, now that I have developed my weak leg striking is a lot more fluid and smoother

      ​@@hanu2415 my flexibility was terrible a couple months ago. Stretching almost every day helps. This routine looks good, but you can also check out flexibility by David. He's super flexible but has tips for beginners.

    You're doing static stretches, these are good after workout not before workout, crazy how good you are doing the wrong way of stretching
