If you want to see raw and dogged entrepreneurship, go to the streets of Nigeria and people like this amazing young man bring it to demonstration. What is even more remarkable is that this is happening notwithstanding the Nigerian corrupt, misguided, and extremely hostile system.

This is a lot of sacrifice, waking up at 4 to watch beans, starting to fry the akara at 7am wow, he is so hardworking and this is inspiring

He has done so well for himself. Trained his sis, built a home and is taking care of his family. I inow the major reason he wants to relocate is probably he wants raise his family in a saner environment otherwise.

Hi Danica, thank you for continuously making videos about Nigeria. You should consider making your videos more like a 'story', and less like a 'interview'. It's easy for viewers to become bored watching 15+minute interviews. You can try to focus more on the visual/audio/music and editing, in order to make your videos more like a 'movie/story'. I think your channel has a lot of potential.
Wode Maya does a great job of structuring his videos in a way that makes the viewer feel as if he is in a story. He also mastered video/audio/editing. You could try to copy some of the structures/layouts of his videos. I hope your channel continues to grow, and I wish you more success.

      Great well-intentioned pointers...
Maybe some of these hardworking UA-camrs don't grasp the verseness of theirs audiences. For example, some UA-camrs lack the business responsiveness to harness direct assistance for these entrepreneurs. They don't respond to WhatsApp or Facebook messages from those of us who want to help featured entrepreneurs.
There are lucrative business opportunities in Nigeria for those willing to earn an honest living! And I want to support some of these people, especially women.

@@ucukaoma4551 great idea. that would be awesome if Danica could find worthy entrepreneurs/businesses who need help and document their journeys. I’m sure there are viewers who’d be willing to help.
It’d be interesting to follow businesses/entrepreneurs and watching them grow/develop over time. Especially if we the viewers were involved with the funding.
You could do a monthly fundraiser (gofundme) for example, and whatever $ you raise you can invest into someone and make a video about them. That would make for some very fulfilling content.

Hmmmm. Kudos to you Danica for this video. For the man that said he would leave his business and relocate to Canada if he has the chance, a lot of people think it is rosy abroad. At least he has taken care of his sister's education, he has built a house, he is a family man. There are people in that Canada that have lived a donkey's years there that still cannot boast of moulding a block, let alone building a house. This guy should just chill, Nigeria is a place where you can rise up to be a billionaire and nobody questions you. In abroad everybody is living in the same pari pasu. Nobody is richer than the other. Those that are billionaires inherited their wealth from family members and the names of wealthy people are computerized. You cannot just from an average person become a millionaire here without you being questioned. That guy is very industrious and he should keep it up.

This comment is 100% true. The reason is because wages in first world countries (Canada/US/UK) are not enough to cover living costs while living in those countries. A lot of immigrants who saved up $ their entire lives move to first world countries only to have their dreams shattered by reality. Life is actually better in developing countries in many ways. Lower living costs, more community, friendlier people and happier life.

The dream to move to America, has actually become a nightmare in many ways. I think this reality has changed mainly due to stagnating wages and rising living costs. The middle and lower class in first world countries are getting choked.
