- Welcome to another episode in my World Coin Wednesday series, a group of videos where we unbox a half pound of mixed foreign and world coins from all over the world! For this series, I bought some world coin lots and then paid extra to supplement it with a better mix... and it certainly has been showing! There has been a good amount of silver, older foreign coins, and really cool countries that I haven't seen coins from before. Hope you enjoy this series of videos as much as I did while I was making it!

The New Zealand sixpence coin is from before they and Australia switched to the decimal system of dollars and cents in 1966. And the Thai coin is the denomination of one Baht.

Hello TT. FYI, I'm a fellow (northern) Connecticut native. My question, which I'm sure you've answered many times, is what are your favorite U.S. coin designs? My favorites are the Mercury dime and the "Walking" Liberty half. Thanks.
Hi Scottie! Great to hear from another CTer! I'm a fan of the Gobrecht dollar, Stella, and three cent coins. Not saying you should've watched it but I think I did a video around two months ago about my 10 favorite... I want to say I also included Barber halves, SLQs, WL Halves, and a few foreign coins.
good video !!
Thanks PTB!
The Arab coin is from Morocco, I’m sure of that
Ok - thanks for the tip!
7:57 this coin is five pesetas not fifty because cinco means in Spanish five :)
Thanks!
Yep, if it were 50 it would say cinquinta
Nice BRO👊🏻💪🏻👊🏻💪🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Thanks CCH!
Those are some nice coins, i do have a fair few coins from Thailand but they're not worth anything here
Thanks man! The Thai designs are cool!
Where do you get these lots? Also how much?
I bought these from friends and dealers mostly - price varies but is generally wholesale + silver value and a bit extra for some of the older coins. Haven't done a real calculation but probably like $25 a pound.
@@TreasureTownCoins where would you recommend getting these online?
Love your videos. One question Where do you find these coins?
I buy them from other dealers / friends at relatively high prices.
Your German pronouncination is really good for the fact its not your mother tongue! :9 Greeting from Bavaria
Thanks Ludwig! I'm a German citizen and while I'm not even close to fluent being around a lot of German (language) growing up helped me with pronounciation.
Your Spanish coin is actually 5 Pesetas, not 50. Cinco is 5 and Viente is 50
Thank you!
@@TreasureTownCoins No problem! I could give you more information for the next hunt for foriegns!
