Daeth y ddau yma atom i ymuno a ni ar Her Cylchdaith Cymru. Diolch iddynt am fod yn rhan mor allweddol yn llwyddiant yr ymgyrch o godi ymwybyddiaeth at yr angen i drafod Rhoi Organau ac i godi arian i Gronfa Elen www.cylchdaith.cymru
These two joined us all the way from Patagonia to be an integeral part of the success of The Lap of Wales Challenge, raising awareness for The Organ Donation discussion and raising money for Elen's Fund www.lapof.wales . I can not thank them enough. Diolch o Galon hogia!!
