Hi Adriana! There is different ways to get to black depending on the brand. If using powdered Sugar Art Black or Chefmaster food gel black...from what I have read on FB cookie groups, you'll get black quickly. If using Americolor or Hobby Lobby brand...best to use brown first...add a drop or two...stir...get it incorporated...then add a couple drops of black...stir and get to a dark charcoal color. It will develop in 2 hours to a black color. If you add too much black, a few things can occur: will not dry properly or will look weird once dry or it can bleed into the other colors.
