Sir first promotion kya har state mein 5-6 years mein ho jata hai and departmental exam regular hai kya?
Sir agar koi 2 saal baad army postal service join kar liya and 5-7 years service dene ke baad phir se department of post mein aye toh kya inspector ka seniority loose hoga kya unka promotion ho jayega ASP post mein ya phir kya woh departmental exam ke liye eligible honge kyuki department mein unka 2 years and army unka 5-7 years ki service hongi.

@@AagaazYourJourney Sir IP ko lagbhag 5 saal mein promotion mil jata hai ASP ke post mein and woh departmental exam ke liye eligible ho kata hai. But agar 2 years ke baad woh army postal service mein chale jaye and suppose 5 years baad phir se department of post mein lautna chahe toh total 7 years ki service ho jayegi unki toh iss time pe kya unka promotion ASP ke post mein hoga ya kya woh departmental exam de sakte hai

Becomes eligible to give SAS Exam..i.e. Sr. Accountant to AAO (4800) after 3 years
Then 4800 to 5400(level9) NFU

If some one takes technical resignation and joins postal department then will he get benefit of the years he had worked in previous department? For example he had worked for 2 yrs as inspector and then he joins posts as inspector , he gets pay protection but after joining does he have to wait for 5 yrs or (5-2)=3 yrs to get next promotion?

once you become group A Assistant commissioner , you become eligible for all india transfer , which is same for all posts.
dont worry CGST ka promotion slow hota hai , it will take at least 20years to reach Asst Comm .
