Brilliant video as usual. I've just got rid of alot of my detectors. I've now got cscope cs2mx red label for land. And a cscope cs6pi for beach and occasional land. I've had every detector going and cscope is undoubtedly the best. Built to last year's. Plenty depth. 14/18 inches on coin with pi. Beat that Mr equinox. Keep videos coming
18 Inch? , but what kind of objects?
Is it deeper als modern VLF detectors?
Thx!
Boss video mate.....just got a 2nd hand 3mx...for field,and tomorrow I'm picking up a 4pi for the beach....moved to kent couple of years now....and starting my metal detecting hobby....very informative,so thank you😊👍
That was so great and really helpful and informative. It was exciting seeing what you dug up. Thanks for your video👍🤗🤩
Just taken delivery of my new cs4pi. Off to the beach this weekend. Big tides over the next few days here in the Channel Islands.
My first detector was a c scope when i was 10 found a french coin on field near my primary school
Then i left hobby till about 20 yrs ago i now run a mine lab se and a trident 1
Im looking to get the old c scope i had
This seems like alot of bang for your money ! Stupid question, can this be used in the field or woods ! I find its capacity for hitting targets of depth very interesting !
brilliant im pleased you've done this as ive been trying to convince my partner its a good idea for the beach trips to get one lol
Great video. Thanks for the tips. Keep digging holes.
well done and greetings from Australia!
I'm thinking of getting one...but I've been told that machine don't pick up gold easily?? Is this so??
I have a 4PI, it detects so deep that I need a drainage shovel to get it out, the ones with the very long spade end which tapers down.
How Deep? 🤗
@@yomismo5711 It depends on what it is detecting and the conditions. However, I dug up a very small piece of silver from about 3 or 3.5 feet on a muddy part of my local beach once. I was there for ages only find that it was just a tiny little unrecognisable lump of metal. Never again.
@@StevenWJRichards wow! 3 foot 😱🙃
Thx 🙏
What a load of rubbish.........no metal detector on earth can get to those depths apart from specialist hoard/cavity finders.you wouldn't get that depth on a beer can let alone a small piece of silver.😂😂😂😂😂
Yes you will on a wet, muddy beach because it is highly conductive. Aluminium, silver, gold and pewter can, and often are detected to such depths. @@neilgutteridge6405
Thanks. Very good. And gold ring?
The cscope 4pi is a fantastic very underrated beach detector. Its very well made has fantastic performance is very easy to use and from a British manufacturer who probably has the best customer service you will find anywhere, And for around £300 it's a real bargain , That will find you many gold rings at unbelievable depths.
How Deep? 🤗
@yomismo5711 Not as deep as people like to fantasise it will go.Pi's will go deeper than vlf's but some of the depths you hear people claiming are far fetched to put it mildly.I do own and use a pi so I know a little about them.
Probably one of the best metal detectors ever made deep well made great detector
Lol......made for the beach and not even waterproof........the Seahunter is far better.
Is this detector only suitable for beach or for land as well?
Thx!
I have the old grey version, great detector for the price.
I had to leave a gold ring down by the tide line because of the sand backfilling the hole.I saw the ring fall back into the hole after my first scoop and no matter how much and fast i tried to recover the ring i just couldn't get it .I must have looked like a right idiot the way i was frantically digging as the sea lapped around my wellies.
Dip your scoop in the water-filled hole. And oh wow, must have forgot your pinpointer?
