  • Karah parshad should be prepared and served in pure iron utensils. Japji Sahib path should be recited and all the time the person is preparing the degh should be looking in the bata(Bowl) so that the energy from the eyes also flows into the parshad. The idea behind this is that the person who consumes the degh should also feel the same energy.
