I'm doing this since 2 weeks ago and I noticed millia around my under eyes becomes smoother, although it's not automatically make them go away but the progress is promising. HOWEVER, be careful how much quantity you apply under your eyes, shouldn't be too close to your eyes. Gently patting the cream. And if you want extra steps ensuring the cream won't be too harsh, apply moisturizer on top.
