Since so many people are asking, here are some tips for 2A #1-1 and #2-1.
1. Hit 5B and 6C at the earliest points.
2. Don't mash 5B. Link the 5B.
If you're having trouble, take a closer look at the inputs or try an easier route.

Hey guys. For anyone trying to learn this here are some tips on 2a 1-1. The first combo of the video. The hardest part is the link between 6238 and five be at the beginning. Make sure that you learned this and you inputted 5b as fast as possible and replicate the video very well. You should be able to get a rhythm for it and see a continuous motion instead of two distinct moves. You can notice that you’re doing it right when she key is at a high height. The other important thing is making sure you mash the 6C record series very quickly but don’t actually match throughout the combo. The last thing that caught me up was the first hit of my auto combo not comboing into the second hit. if this happens to you it is because you are not pressing a three times quickly enough. It actually caught me off guard. Tell me any questions you have with the specific combo in the replied

I'm not very good at mbtl so it might just be my inputs, but does 2a #2-1 work on all characters? I was learning the combo vs ciel and 5aa -> 623b always dropped, but when I switched the enemy to tohno it would reliably connect.
EDIT: moments after posting this I got back on the grind and managed to connect everything against ciel, so everything's in the clear. Sorry for the bother, and thanks for such a concise and helpful guide!

Honestly a great guide, worth the wait! It's already helped my Aoko a lot. I intend to learn the harder combos eventually but having both options is great for letting me just use the character while I practice them. For some of the combos it feels like I might have to do the 6 C, C, C target combo super fast. Is it like a just frame or just you mash it extremely fast?

I personally time the buttons instead of mashing it since the rhythm makes sense for me. You can see my inputs on the left (about 14-16F gap for each press). However, I believe the sequence is lenient enough for it to be mashed so either approach is fine. Although if you do mash, you may have trouble doing combos with 6C, C, 623B, B as you may get unintended extra C hits.
I'm assuming the difficulty you're having is landing 5A after 6CCCC in long combos. The issue most of the time isn't how fast you do 6CCCC but rather how high the opponent is when you start the 6C. Some combos may require adjustments on the previous parts of the string (such as doing fast as possible attacks/cancels or delaying them) in order to get the right height.

Could I ask how to get pickups after 623A/6CCCC consistent?
I get that the timing & the juggle height is strict, but I've learned other games' precise combos & still can't find any tips or tricks to get these links clean 🤔

@@yourbellboy Can you specify which combos you are having trouble with? It would also be nice to know where and how you're failing them (follow-ups whiffing, enemy teching, etc). Oftentimes starter and the amount of hits beforehand changes the leniency and timing (generally the more hits, the harder the timing).

Yo im labbing your air okizeme #1-1 and the safe jump is beating Shikis B dp but not the C version is that supposed to happen or am I doing it wrong

From what I've tested, it seems like Shiki 623C isn't safe jumpable with the set up. It comes out faster that 623A/B and that may be what is causing the issue. You can still do a empty C to bait it though.

How do you get 2B/5A to connect after j.236A in D, A/C #1-1? There's always too much landing recovery and they never connect.

You have to time jC ~ j236A sequence so that the opponent bounces higher while you're closer to the ground. I personally slightly delay both j[C] and j236A. The combo is quite difficult as the window is incredibly small.

How exactly are you supposed to do 2A #2-1? Using that route after the 6CCCC the combo will always drop with not even close to enough time to link the 5a.

You're most likely not doing the 5B early enough. 5B, 6C has be done at the earliest points for the 5A to connect. I would also recommend abstaining from mashing 5B as it will make it harder.
