I know. There are so many things in the world for us to like and be moved. Things and people, facts, acts. I know that there are many other tangible priorities, but I can not help but thrill the history of Porsche, to me the biggest and best car brand in the world. I follow from here, by far, the development and incredible feats of the most sensational brand of all. A winning team. I struggled with the Le Mans 24 Hours of 2015, 2016 and 2017 and enjoyed the epic victories. I suffered when I saw that these wonderful Porsches 919 would be retired by the end of this year. Is weird. It is as if, once again, I lost something of mine, close, dear ... Something that we insert into our lives as if it were a valve that relieves the feelings, the frustrations of our daily life, that makes us happy. It is as if it were a fable, created by men and women who dedicate themselves to a goal and made it come true, but at the end of that cycle, it is over. It is a beautiful story that will remain in the memory. which I will never forget. It is much more than just a car. It's a Porsche. The Porsche 919.

Thank you, Porsche, for all your achievements. You always proved that you can do that everyone thought is impossible. 919 will never be forgotten. Just like we will never forget Spyder, 718, 908, 917, 911 Carrera RS, 935, 956, 962, 959, 911 GT1. The 2017 24 hours of Le Mans were unbelievable and so exciting. I cry because the Legacy of 919 is ended and I can't hold my feelings. But I know that you will never stop and so will never end the Legacy of Porsche, the sportscar of the Future. For the Sportscar of the Future I pray!

Well I'm sorry, guys. I mentioned those who I could remember.
And this is why the team from RLM(Radio Le Mans) stated that for Porsche and all of the Porsche fans and diehards said, "For Porsche, winning Le Mans isn't just a goal. It's a religion"(now I may have not worded it exactly but I got the point across). Because it is, Porsche is the benchmark against which ALL other performance manufactures are measured against.

Let it be Formula E, Formula 1, WEC, WRC. I know they will win. Because Porsche always wins, no matter what. The Porsche is is what you see when you open vocabulary at Winning and Racing articles. Porsche engineers always pushed the boundaries of future sportscar and they always will do. And I know that sooner or later they will return to this holy French land, because Le Mans is Porsche territory. And they have to make that 20th victory after all.

I can't explain it...but some mechanical objects...cars..planes..trains..have a soul...and some don't. Unfortunately, fewer and fewer race cars have that. The Porsche 919 may be the last race car ever built with a soul. I tell you now, no one is ever going to make a tribute video that brings tears to the eyes of grown men about a Formula E car. Fact.

Me too in 2017. This was the First time i was interested in Le mans. But sadly it was too Late. But i'm living in Stuttgart so I can watch this beast in the museum. Hope they go for Nummer 20

It was amazing to watch your last race live at Zuffenhausen in 2017. Sadly my first Visit to the live event, I only saw it on TV before. But so it was the best one I will remember for a long time! I know you won't let it get dusty, my internship in Weissach taught me that. Thanks Porsche, one day you surely get back, we will wait patiently for your comeback!

What a fantastic car, video and achievement, any one of those aspects puts F1 in the shade. I have watched Le Mans in recent years and have been thrilled by the drama of the races and the work ethic & pride of all the teams. Basking in Porsche glory, I am collecting a Panamera Hybrid next week. I now feel really connected. Porsche is just the best.

I love the 919 as much as everybody here but to be totally objective that feat belonged to the Audi R18
