I finally got around to listening to this and... wow, just... WOW, this soundtrack just absolutely blew me away. Holy moly you have made some fantastic tunes and I would ABSOLUTELY love to be hearing this stuff in a Bejeweled game. Great job! :D
Ohhhh man! This sounds good, excellent, awesome, spectacular, unbelievable and extraordinary!!! I found some references to bejeweled 3 specially in the last songs, but also, Break Inferno sounds like the intro to Bejeweled Twist. Premature Actions has a "Breathing Love" feeling from Bejeweled 2. I also love the sound from Burning Memory, correct me if I'm wrong, but I sense triplets in the rhythm and it feels so good. Have you considered 8D music for the Zen mode? 😉
Update: MP3s are available for download on the Game Jolt page. In addition, the game is now under the title of "Sci-Jewel" Please note that a lot of the soundtrack is still unfinished and we're working on the music for the rest of the game modes.
Hello, lead project director here! There should be a public Alpha build available by Q1 2024 or Q2 2024. A demo version might also be available around Q4 2024. All of these are estimations as I have no way of knowing for sure. Development is a long process...
You guys do realize that those two comments were not sarcastic..right? I have already lost my chance as an individual in the PopCap community already, trying to help you guys out with this massive project and it seems like I can't do it now. My chances lost and I have no hopes of even trying to do anything. appears I'm being locked out everywhere I go, discord deleted, only to make the people who originally wanted me gone happy. All I was going to do is provide a A creative Commons for you guys to run, and make this game available to the open-source and free software communities. I mean look at the dijeweled they already have enough of that stuff going on I guess. And I can't even get the application on my Android phone or tablet, since I thought dijeweled was released to Android one time.... I mean I've already got spiritual network hanging for someplace to go and yet nobody seems to be appreciative of the track either. And whatever happened in 2019 I really don't give a crap about anymore because it already happened. I just wish that people would at least understand my differences and respect it honestly. So hopefully my discord deletion make some people happy...
GameBoy, please don't use that. I've already dug deep enough to know that using that kind of material can get someone banned. Sometimes, not taking any shortcuts is the better option.
