  • ***Major Key***: RHASSOUL CLAY!!! It’s WAYYYY better than bentonite clay! shop-links.co/...

-Texture: Fine with excessive shrinkage that gives the optical illusion of coarse hair
    -Density: medium density
-Porosity: Normal/Medium porosity with a patch of low porosity in the front

I bought uncle funky daughter after one of your videos, and I really liked it!!! Well, at first I hated it, but on second application i liked it. It elongated and defines. I still like the hold of eco styler...but maybe ill go buy the other gel you used in this video. What was the name of it...I didn't catch it. Thanks.

Hey! So what I didn’t explain in the last video is the UFD is a Curl stimulator. It can be used like a gel but for tighter curls, it’s best to use like an activator. So apply the UFD then put a little gel on top (Eco, Wetline, CurlDaze, Etc.) and let me know how that works for you.

@@FayeInTheCity oh! That makes better sense. Thank you.
My hair is similar to yours (I just have a crazy amount more frizz). So I always try what you suggest. Def going to try the combo you just mentioned. Again, thank you 😊.

I used it with the Camille Rose aloe whipped butter gel underneath and it’s great. Long lasting hold and shine without the crunch 😊 I have tight coils/small ringlets. I guess it’s 4A/4B? Idk 😂 My porosity is high to medium. I recommend not sleeping on wet hair or making sure your hair is almost completely dry in order for those gels to work for our hair type. Once you get the hang of it, it’s great. It’s definitely a learning curve, transitioning from commercial gels to natural gels.

First of all, all of this beauty from start to finish on my screen! Secondly, I’m so glad you addressed the cherry Lola treatment. It’s really what made me become more ingredient conscious, because not only does it really eat at/ open the cuticles... the baking soda does eventually ruin the elasticity of the strands. I’ve adapted my own version of this method for my weekly routine, and it truly has made a difference, in how I look at the cleansing portion of my wash day. So a prepoo, clarify, DC, leave in, and style just gets the job done every time!

Faye I been on this for 3 months now I think it's the new standard! The moisture builds too. You have to wash frequently 4-5x a week (I do daily). Basically it's moisture and curl training your hair by moving build up and getting your hair to learn to accept water. Gel helps with curl "memory" I double cleanse or clarify > DC > Gel and go. All the Clay and stuff is a gimmick but it works if you're starting with build up. I think people underestimate the power of water and clean hair.

So I've been growing my hair out from my last relaxer about a year ago and I've finally cut off the last inches if what was left, YaY! 🎉💜
However, I'm having trouble styling my hair it's just fluffy and frizzy and there is no real definition to it ☹ then i got a recommendation to watch your video about MHM and your hair looks sooo beautiful 😍 so I'm about to head out to my local hair store to see if I can find some of those products you used. Thanks so much for the video I'm excited to try this out!! Wish me luck🤞🏽

“Y’all ain’t come to see me style my hair” who said dat? Lol
And I’ll have to add glycerin to my clay masks. That’s my primary way of cleansing. I used to only use bentonite but I recently made a mix and added rhassoul and kaolin clay. It was amazing

I love Rhassoul clay. It’s the only clay I use on my hair. I could def see the juiciness of your curls. So pretty!!!

Faye if you try the suave with naturals you can get the same results with just shampoo conditioner and leave in. That set is amazing on my hair
