PGD Class of 2018: Neema Mwanga

Launched in 2017, Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership (PGD) is delivered by UONGOZI Institute in collaboration with Aalto University Executive Education of Finland. The programme is designed for leaders whose desire is to advance their professional development without putting their careers on hold. It is undertaken on an annual basis, has a total of 10 modules facilitated through in-class and online workshops, as well as individual or group assignments.
